How to enter

On each Contesting Day, the Promoter will solicit for listeners to
call 8300 1023 for the chance to play OBrien’s Cash or the Van
and win the prize.
The Promoter will determine at its discretion the opening and
closing times for the receipt of calls/entries on each Contesting
Day

The Promoter will select one (1) caller/entrant at random from all
eligible calls/entries received (“the Contestant”).
The Promoter will explain the rules of the nominated game to the
Contestant.

The contestant will straight away be given the choice to take $500
cash as their prize or to see what the daily prize is in the OBrien
van. Each day the prize in the OBrien Van will be different and is
at the discretion of the promoter.
If the winner accepts the $500 they will win the $500 and will not
be eligible to win anything else. If the winner chooses to see what
the daily prize is in the OBrien Van they will automatically forfeit
the $500 and will only be eligible to win what is in the OBrien Van
that day.

There will be ten (10) chances to win a prize across the 2

O’Briens Cash or the Van
promotional period.
Each contestant will initially be offered $500 cash as their prize or
if they choose to see what is in the OBrien Van they will win the
‘prize of the day’.
The ‘prize of the day’ may consist of (1) of the following, including
but not limited to;
– Tickets
Or
– Jewellery
Or
-Vouchers
Or
-Electrical items
Or Cash
Each ‘prize of the day’ will not exceed the maximum value of
$3000.
Prizes awarded are subject to availability and are at the complete
discretion of the Promoter.
The Prize in the OBrien Van will be determined at the complete
discretion of The Promoter and prizes are not transferable.
If a contestant is deemed a winner they will receive one (1) prize
only.

Entry is not open to any person where that person or anyone from
the same family or household has won a prize or prizes from the
Promoter or any radio station that is a member of the Australian
Radio Network, valued either individually or collectively at more
than $500 in the 30 days prior to the commencement of the
Promotion.
