Participation in this competition confirms your acceptance of all terms and conditions of entry.
Entry is only open to residents of Australia, aged 18 or over, who purchase any Thai Airways flight in one transaction, excluding all Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
To enter, Purchase any Thai Airways flight online at Bestjet.com and entry is automatic. Entry is not considered received or valid until payment is completed and a receipt has been issued. For the entry to be valid, the booking must include the name of the entrant, permanent address and phone number.
Multiple entries will be accepted, one entry per each Thai Airways flight booking only.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
Entry into this Promotion is only valid during the advertised period.
Promotion commences Monday 03rd February 2014. Entries close 11:59pm, AEST Friday 28th February 2014. The draw will take place at 12 noon, Monday 03rd March 2014, at the offices of Bestjet Travel Pty Ltd: 5/22 Constance Street, Fortitude Valley, QLD, 4006.
One winner will win our Bestjet BFF February giveaway valued at up to $5000. The prizes are not transferable, and are not redeemable for cash. Winner will be notified by phone, email and via our website.
The Bestjet BFF February Giveaway prize is return economy airfares for two (2) people flying Thai Airways.
Total prize pool value is up to $5000.
Should the delay in delivery of the specified product be excessive; the promoter reserves the right to change the model at an equivalent model subject to state legislation.
Prize is valid until 31st December 2014. Blackout dates apply, prize is not valid during school holidays and peak season. Flights are subject to availability.
The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same time and place as the original draw as are necessary on 1st April 2014 in order to distribute any Prize Draw unclaimed by that date, subject to state regulations. Winner will be notified by e-mail and will be placed on Bestjet.com front page as well as via Facebook and Twitter.
