Terms and Conditions
Competition is open to residents of Australia only. Hotel stay is valid until December 31, 2014. The prize includes room and tax. Gift certificate must be presented at check-in. Reservations are based upon availability. Prize must be redeemed all at once, and is only valid on a standard guest room type. Prize consists of two Qantas international return economy class air tickets, including taxes and charges. Bookings must be made and ticketed by Qantas and are valid on Qantas operated services only. The prize does not include travel insurance, passports, spending money, visas, meals, transfers, ground transportation, accommodation or any other costs of a personal nature not stated. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prizewinner. The prize must be booked and ticketed on or before June 30, 2014, and the flight must be taken before June 30, 2014. Bookings are subject to availability. The prize is not valid for travel during Australian school holidays and blackout periods apply. The winner will not accrue Qantas Frequent Flyer points on the prize travel.
The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize. The prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. No changes are permitted to travel arrangements once tickets are issued. If the prize is not utilised as stated it will be forfeited.
