IGA Foodland – Win A Trip To Emirates Wolgan Valley Resort & Spa

To enter the Promotion, entrants must purchase TWO (2) Pepsi or Schweppes products (including Traditionals, Solo, Sunkist, Mountain Dew, Seven Up, Passiona, Tarax, Woodroofes, Kokomo, Cool Ridge, Gatorade, Cottee’s cordial, Spring Valley, Monster Energy, Frantelle, Extra Juicy, Apple Time, Pop Tops, (not all varieties available all stores)) from a participating independent grocery store during the Promotion Period (Qualifying Purchase) then either:

a)send an SMS from their mobile phone to 1991 1122 (maximum SMS cost is 55 cents (inc GST)) giving the last 5 digits of the barcodes of the Products purchased and their details in one message in the following format:

SMS entry is only open to consumers with a compatible mobile phone connected to a service provider which permits text messaging to the Promotion SMS number. It is recommended that entrants check with their individual service provider in this regard. Entries sent outside the Promotion Period cost a maximum of 55c (inc GST), but are ineligible for entry. b)visit www.peakofrefreshment.com.au and complete the entry form including name, email address, contact number, postcode and last five digits of the Qualifying Purchase barcodes.
Computer generated entries will not be accepted.
If an entrant submits more than thirty (30) entries, for each Product used for his/her 31st and subsequent entries, the entrant must: (i) keep the whole label/packaging from the Product purchased used to enter; and (ii) retain a photocopy of the purchase receipt that identifies it as an item purchased during the Promotional Period. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.

Prizes:
There are two (2) prizes (see Prize Details) that will be awarded to the first two valid entries drawn in the draw.

Multiple entries are allowed, however there is a combined maximum of five (5) entries per person per day. One entry per qualifying purchase. Each entry must be supported by a separate Qualifying Purchase. If not, all entries by the entrant may be declared invalid by the Promoter at its absolute discretion.

Each prize is a stay at Emirates Wolgan Valley Resort & Spa for two (2) people valued at up to $5,500 (incl. GST) and comprises:

· return economy flights for two (2) people from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city to Sydney (including flight related taxes);

· return luxury car transfers (airport/Wolgan Valley Resort & Spa);

· two (2) night’s accommodation (twin share; heritage suite) for two (2) people; and

· all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), non-alcoholic beverages, a select range of local wines and beer.

Each prize must be taken between 16/09/2014 – 19/12/2014

Where a person participating or nominated to participate in the prize is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian of the participant must be present for the duration of the prize, as one of the participants.

Prior to participating in a prize the winner and participants may be required to sign an indemnity and waiver of liability in a form approved by the Promoter in favour of the Promoter and all involved parties. Where a participant is a minor, the indemnity and waiver must be provided by his or her parent/guardian. The required indemnity and waiver must be signed prior to participation and a failure to sign will invalidate a winning entry.

The winner and participants taking the trip must depart and return at the same time using the same air carrier. The person awarded the prize is responsible for ensuring that all necessary documentation to travel is obtained, otherwise the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid.

All spending money, additional meals, taxes (excluding flight associated taxes), and all other ancillary costs, including any costs associated with transport etc from the winner’s place or places of residence to the winner’s nearest airport are the responsibility of the winner.
