1. Terms and Conditions of Entry
Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry.
All entries are via the website www.prime7.com.au, gwn7.com.au and www.7qldprizepool.com.au.
Australian residents who are 18 years or older may enter the competition by entering their details on the competition page and by submitting a photo caption in reference to the photo on the Fiat competition entry page on the PRIME7, GWN7 & 7QLD websites.
Entrants may enter as many times as they like. No scripting is allowed for on-line entries (which will be deemed invalid).
Entrants have the option to opt in to a database to receive promotional material from Prime Television (Holdings) Pty Ltd (ABN 85 003 368 974) (“PRIME”), its related bodies corporate and our participating partner Chrysler Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 23 125 956 505) trading as Fiat Chrysler Group.
Entries will close at 5.00pm AEST on Monday 26th May 2014
The competition will be promoted via television commercials shown on Prime7, Gwn7 and 7QLD and via online display unit advertising.
2. Competition Dates
The competition commences and entries will be received Wednesday 30th April at 5.00pm AEST and concludes on Monday 26th May 2014 at 5.00pm AEST (The competition period).
a) Wednesday 4th June 2014
The winner will be drawn and announced on Prime7, GWN7 and 7QLD websites and notified by phone and email within 48 hours of the prize being drawn.
By entering the competition, entrants consent to their personal information being collected, used and disclosed by PRIME and its related bodies corporate in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles. By opting in to receive promotional material, the entrants consent to PRIME its related bodies corporate and/or Chrysler Australia Pty Ltd collecting, using and disclosing their personal information for the purpose of promotional activities, including the winners personal participation in reasonable promotional activities as requested by the Promoter, and any future marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation.

3. Prizes & Prize Winner Selection PRIZE VALUE

*DA Price has been based on the most expensive state, NSW. Total Prize value may therefore change pending location of prize winner.
The prize is non-transferrable, non-refundable and non-negotiable and cannot be redeemed as cash.
The prize winner must adhere to the Terms & Conditions of Fiat Chrysler Group.
The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be varied. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash or sold.
If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State Regulation.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for the prize being damaged or delayed or lost in transit. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any loss or damage suffered associated with the prize or in the event that there are any changes to the prize.
Winner is selected using the following method:
The winner will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter. The winner will be the entry which fulfils the entry criteria and whose answer is judged to the most creative and original from all entries received. This is a game of skill. There is no element of chance in the judging of the competition or determination of the winner.
b) This will take place on Wednesday 4th June 2014 at the offices of the Promoter Level 8, 401 Docklands Drive, Docklands, VIC 3000. The winner will be published on the Promoters websites (Prime7.com.au, GWN7.com.au, 7qldprizepool.com.au) and notified within 48 hours of being selected via phone and email.
4. Entry
Entry is open to all Australian residents 18 years and over. Entrants must be located in the viewing market splits of ACT, regional Western Australia, New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland available from the Regional TV Marketing website – http://www.regionaltvmarketing.com.au/.
