Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation via entry into this promotion is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Entries not completed in accordance with these conditions of entry are invalid.

Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
The promotion is not open to employees and the immediate families of the Promoter and it’s agencies.
The promotion commences at 9am on Saturday 1 February 2014 and closes at 11.59pm on Wednesday 30 April 2014. No entries will be accepted after this date.
To enter individuals must purchase a Sukin product from a participating retailer and fill in all of the mandatory fields on the registration page on the website located at www.winwithsukin.com and click enter. Proof of purchase must be retained by the entrant and may be asked for by the Promoter in the event of the entrant being drawn as the winner.
The prize draw will take place on Wednesday 14th May 2014. The winner will be the first valid entry drawn from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified by telephone and/or mail using the details listed on the online entry form. Entrants should ensure that their personal details on the entry form are correct. In the event the winner cannot be contacted within three months of the prize draw, the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the prize will be redrawn on the same terms and conditions as the original draw.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or attempting to act in a fraudulent or otherwise dishonest manner.
The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are late, damaged, altered, misdirected, lost or illegible and takes no responsibility for any entries not lodged in the entry database or if any winner cannot be contacted for any reason.
The Promoter’s decision is final in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
Acceptance of the prize is deemed consent for the Promoter to use the winner’s details for promotional and media purposes, including, but not limited to, photographs and interviews, without compensation and copyright will be vested in the Promoter. The winner acknowledges that their personal details may be televised on national television and be published in newspapers, magazines and on the Internet.
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury incurred or sustained as a direct or indirect result of participating in the promotion, winning or use of any part of the prize.
The Promoter collects and holds personal information provided with each entry to be used for the purposes of the Promotion and in particular to notify the winner and to verify the prize winner’s identity. By participating in this promotion, unless otherwise stated by the entrants, the entrant consents to their information being entered into a database and used by the Promoter for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.

ENTRY
To enter the Prize draw, entrants must, during the Promotion Period: Purchase any DermaSukin product from a participating retailer and retain proof of purchase;
Visit the DermaSukin competition Website at www.winwithsukin.com.au;
Check the box indicating that they have read the terms and conditions, and acknowledge that they must retain proof of purchase in order to be eligible for the Prize
Enter their unique code and;
Complete and submit the online entry form
Any cost associated with accessing the WinWithSukin website and submitting an entry, is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet Service Provider used.
Only one (1) entry into the Prize draw is permitted for each DermaSukin transaction.
All entries must be received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the promotion database and NOT at the time of transmission by the entrant. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
The use of any automated entry software, services or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter is prohibited and will render the entry submitted by that entrant invalid. An entry must contain a current and valid email address to be a valid entry.
Entrants must only enter the Promotion in their own name. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, email address and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
If there is a dispute as to the identity or email address of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity or email address of the entrant.
Each entrant in the Prize draw must retain their purchase receipt in respect of their entry, as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for their entry when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in the invalidation of an entrant’s entry and forfeiture of any right to the Prize. DRAW The Prize draw will take place at Sukin Organics PTY. LTD. 115 Lambeck Drive, Tullamarine 3043 Victoria, Australia on Wednesday 14 May 2014 at 2pm AEST. The Prize winner will be notified by email at the address recorded on the entry, within two (2) business days. The name of the Prize winner will be published on the Sukin Australia facebook Page after they have been notified and in The Australian Newspaper on 20 May 2013. In the event of a business or corporate entrant being drawn as the Prize winner, the prize will be awarded to the business or corporation to allocate the Prize. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. PRIZE
