1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participating in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents. Employees of the Promoter (and their immediate families), participating reta members of the Australian Butchers’ Guild (ABG), and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Failure of the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
4. To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase a qualifying lamb roast from a participating ABG members retail outlet and complete the official entry at www.easylambroastpromo.com.au supplying name, address and contact email address. There is a maximum of one entry for each qualifying purchase. Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt as proof of purchase.
5. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
6. Promotional period runs from 8am 1/4/2014 to 11.59pm 30/4/2014.
7. The draw will take place at 2.00pm on Wednesday 7/5/2014 at MLA Victorian Office at 832 High Street, Kew East, VIC, 3102.
8. The first valid entry drawn from all entries received in the promotion will win a Flight Centre Gift Card valued at $10,000. The next 5 valid entries drawn from all entries received in the promotion will each win a Flight Centre Gift Card valued at $2000. Total Prize Pool is $20,000.00. The Flight Centre Gift Cards are redeemable at participating FCL retail stores located within Australia and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Full T&C’s for the Gift Cards are listed on the www.flightcentre.com.au website.
9. The winners will be notified by email and their name will be published on www.easylambroastpromo.com.au website by Wednesday 14/5/14.
10. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. If the winner of any prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian.
12. The prizes will be delivered to all prize winners by the Promoter and, unless notified otherwise, will be delivered to the address given on the online entry.
13. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash.
14. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
15. In the event that any prize not being claimed after three months of the draw, the promoter may, subject to relevant state authorities conduct further draws as are necessary to distribute the prizes. Promoter will conduct an unclaimed prize draw at the same place as the original draw at 2.00pm on Friday 8/8/2014. In the event of an unclaimed prize draw, the winners will be notified by email and their name will be published on www.easylambroastpromo.com.au website by Thursday 14/8/2014.
16. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
17. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) use of the prize; (b) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (c) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (d) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (e) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (f) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (g) use of a prize.
18. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become property of the Promoter.
