Prize Details:
The winner of this prize will receive 2 seats twin share on Trafalgar’s 8 day Golden West Contrast’s Guided Holiday from the Trafalgar America & Canada 2014/15 brochure, including flights.
Your Trafalgar Guided holiday includes transport by luxury air-conditioned coach with Wi-Fi, first class accommodation, the services of a Trafalgar professional Travel Director, sightseeing and meals as included in the scheduled itinerary and the unique Trafalgar highlights, including ‘Hidden Treasures’ and ‘local specialties’ .
Your Guided Holiday must be taken between 1st July 2014 – 30th June 2015.

Prize Winner Airfare Conditions:
Airfare must be booked within 7 days of being notified of your prize.
The airfare routing is Melbourne/Los Angeles/Melbourne and is not transferable to any other destinations.
The flights are for two adults in Economy Class with the airline determined by Geelong travel.
Tickets are subject to the fare rule & conditions set by the airline.
Valid only for travel in-conjunction with your Trafalgar tour.
Flights are on a confirmed basis and subject to seat availability at the time of reservation.
All fees and surcharges must be paid by the passenger
Any re-issue, re-routing or changes made by the passenger and result in additional cost must be paid by the passenger and result in additional costs must be paid by the passenger.
Tickets are not exchangeable/ transferable, redeemable for cash or other goods or services.
No compensation is payable if a passenger is unable to use these ticket(s) once issued as per the fare rules.
Receipt of these tickets may have fringe benefits Tax (FBT) implications.
Passengers cannot collect frequent flyer points or upgrade to a higher cabin class using frequent flyer points.
Not available during peak period and or school holidays.
Travel insurance is highly recommended and is not included in this prize.
Additional expenses are at the passengers own expense.
Tour Conditions and Inclusions:
The name and contact details of the prize winner will be advised to Trafalgar by Geelong Travel by 20th July 2014.
The prize must be booked with the Trafalgar inside Sales Team and under the agency of Trafalgar Tours Prize Winners.
The prize is land only and does not include airfares.
The prize consists of twin room accommodation for the duration of the tour, airport transfers where normally included as part of the scheduled itinerary. Any expenses not specified are the winner’s responsibility. Any single supplement costs will also be charged to the winner.
All other incidental costs unless otherwise stated, including any costs related to passports, taxes, visas, travel insurance, meals, beverages, optional excursions whilst on tour, transfers to and from departure points, additional accommodation and single supplements will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
Prizewinners must travel together on the same departure
The winner is responsible for all necessary travel authorizations such as passports, visas, and travel insurance.
The prize or any unused portion of the prize is not transferable and cannot be taken as cash.
Trafalgar takes no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.
The winner of the prize must be 18 years or older.
If the prize winners cancel or amend the booking, normal charges will apply and invoiced to Geelong Travel
Please note that tour confirmation of this prize is subject to space and availability. The guided holiday must be taken by 30 June 2015. Blackout travel dates may apply.
This prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Date changes are not permitted once the booking has been finalised. Once the booking is confirmed and ticketed, cancellation charges apply and will be the sole responsibility of the winner / agent.
If unforeseen circumstances, beyond Trafalgar’s control, require a change in the prize, departure or any part of the tour, Trafalgar will provide the winner with an alternate holiday of equal value at Trafalgar’s discretion only.
