Eligible Entrants

Eligible Entrants will receive one (1) initial entry into the draw for submitting an
entry in accordance with each of the methods above. Entrants can also
choose to refer this promotion to their friends by
providing their friend’s
information including their friend’s full name and unique valid email address in
the fields provided before they submit their entry either Online or via
Facebook. Each referred friend will then receive a promotional email from the
entrant inviting them to enter.
9.
Eligible Entrants will receive one
(1) additional entry for each friend they refer
to the promotion who then successfully enters the promotion.
Eligible
Entrants
warrant that the individual they intend to refer the promotio
n to is an
Australian resident aged 18 years or over, who consent to receiving such
communications from the entrant, and
who either owns their own home in
Australia or holds a mortgage of a home in Australia

Eligible

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries

s (including an

’s identity, age and place of
residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any

e Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these
Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process
or engaged in any
unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper
conduct of the

. Errors and omissions
may be accepted at the
Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at
any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

If there is a dispute as to the identity of an

If the
winner selects any Modern products/services (as outlined in Clause 2

(e) above) which costs less than $10,000 then the balance will not be
awarded as cash but can be used towards other Modern products/services as

25.

Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason

redeem

will be forfeited.

If
any
prize (or part of

prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion,

31.
Eligible Entrant
s consent to the Promoter using the

outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or

If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being
conducted as reasonably a
nticipated due to any reason beyond the

difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud,

law (a) to disqualify any
