Terms and conditions
1. To go in the running to win the prize you must become and remain a fan of Turtle Beach Resort on Facebook for the length of the competition. To become a fan Turtle Beach Resort click on ‘like’ on the Facebook page.
2. The prize is subject to availability. Not valid on school holidays, long weekends, peak periods or special events. Must be redeemed before 28 March 2018. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash and variations are not allowed. Credit card security imprint required on check in.
3. Entries are limited to one per person. Any double entries will be removed from the prize draw and the entrant will be disqualified.
4. By entering this competition you are in the running to win a 5-night stay in a 2 Bedroom Superior Apartment at Turtle Beach Resort for up to 4 people with bonus inclusions.
5. The winners will be chosen at random from the submitted entries. The prize draw will take place at the conclusion of the contest and the winner will be subject to confirmation before any announcement is made. If the prize winner cannot be contacted within 7 calendar days of the draw being conducted, then the person will be disqualified and a new winner will be selected. Winners will be contacted by Tuesday 26th of September 2017 and the details will be published on the Facebook page by Tuesday 3rd of October 2017.
7. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families together with agencies and/or companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family refers to spouse, defacto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent).
12. It is the responsibility of participants to ensure their details are correct and current. The promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes lost due to change of contact details, and there are no replacement prizes.
