Terms and Conditions of Entry for the ‘Telstra 24×7 App for Business’ Promotion (“Promotion”)
Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these conditions. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
The promoter is Telstra Corporation Limited ABN 33 051 775 556 of 400 George Street Sydney 2000 (“Promoter”).
Australian Eastern Daylight Saving Time (“AEDST”) on 1 March 2014 and will continue until 11.59 pm AEDST on 30 June 2014 (“Promotion Period”).
Entry is open to all Telstra Small Business customers who are Australian residents over the age of 18, other than management, employees or contractors of the Promoter and other agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion (including suppliers of prizes), and their immediate families (“Eligible Entrants”).
Entry
To enter and be eligible to win, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
download the Telstra 24×7 App if not already a user (“App”); and
use any section within the App,
(“Eligible Entry”).
Each Eligible Entrant will receive one entry in to the draw for use of the App regardless of how many times they use the App during the Promotion Period.
Prizes
A random manual draw for the prizes from all the entries received for each Entry Period will take place at 2:00 pm AEDST/AEST on the dates set out below (“Draw Date”) at Level 7, 175 Liverpool Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (“Draw Location”). The draw will be conducted by a representative of the Promoter.

The Eligible Entrant with the first valid Eligible Entry drawn each month will each win from the Promoter a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 handset, valued at $912.00 (inc GST) (“Prize”).
The Prize winners will be notified by phone and email with two days of the draw and their details published at www.telstra.com.au/small-business/my-account/telstra-24×7-app/winners on the relevant Publication Dates set out in clause 7.
In the event that any Prize has not been claimed by 9.00 am AEST on the relevant Unclaimed Prize Date, a manual redraw for a Prize from all of the Eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period will take place at 11.00 am AEST on the relevant Unclaimed Prize Date at the Draw Location, subject to any written directions given by State and Territory gaming departments. The redraw Prize winner will be notified by telephone and in writing within two days of the redraw and published www.telstra.com.au/small-business/my-account/telstra-24×7-app/winners on the relevant Publication Date.
