1 Entry to the competition as a contestant is open to anyone over 18 years of age except employees of Photobomb Studios and their immediate family, the proprietors and staff of companies involved in the production, publishing and administration of this promotion and their immediately family. Immediate family means parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents and in the case of a corporation, its directors.

3. Only one (1) entry as a contestant is allowed per family, and all entries must be submitted on the Photobomb Studios Competition advert.
4. There is 2 family pass for the Royal Easter Show to be won, includes 2 adults and 3 children
5. There is one 5 x $1000 prizes to be won by the winning contestants
6 The second prize winner will receive a complementary Photography package to the value of $1000.
7. Judging of the winners of the second chance draw of $750 Gift Card Prize from the list of people who entered the draw.
8. Photobomb Studios will pick at least 20 winners for the $750 Gift Card Prize from the list of people who entered the draw.
9. All prize winners will be notified by SMS or phone call/email.
13 Any attempt to interfere with the fair running of this competition will result in disqualification.
14 All prizes must be claimed within 30 days after notification otherwise the winner will forfeit their prize. To claim their prize, all winners must contact Photobomb Studios to arrange collection.
15 All bookings made at Photobomb Studios to redeem any of the prizes are subject to a 10 day rescheduling / cancellation policy.
16 All bookings made at Photobomb Studios require a $55 fully refundable holding deposit at the time of making the booking.
17 Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
18 Limit of one (1) gift card per session.
19 Limit of one (1) gift card per person used in any 12-month period.
20 Prizes are not valid in conjunction with any other offer or voucher.
21 Entrants consent is given to the promoter for holding, using and disclosing information about entrants for the research, marketing and promotional purposes of the promoter. Please contact the promoter in writing if you later wish to correct information that it holds.
22 The promoter shall not be liable for any loss of damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or of any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Royal Easter Show Tickets:
2x family passes (plus an additional child) total value $140 each. The winners will be contact on the day of the scheduled draw via Phone and or email. Permission will be sort to post their name on our site declaring them a winner. Tickets can be posted or collected from our office in South Sydney details will be arranged with winners.
5 x $1000 photography gift cards
– To be used at the studio, credit break down and how it is used;
$400 for bookings of studio, stylist consultation, hair and make up and make over,
+$400 Portrait and additional $200 credit to spend on Photos.
Runners Up prize – $750
there will be at least 20 draw at the end of the competition from remaining pool of entries (depending on amount of entries will determine number of runners up -they will be picked at random. prize includes
$400 for bookings of studio, stylist consultation, hair and make up and make over,
+$350 credit to spend on Photos.
