Promotion Period:
Entry into the Promotion commences at: 6:50pm AEDT Monday 24 January 2022
Entry into the Promotion closes at: 10:00am AEDT Thursday February 17 2022
For the avoidance of doubt if all Prizes are given away prior to 10:00am AEDT Thursday 17 February 2022, entries into the Promotion will close and the Promotion Period will end.

Age Restriction:
Entrants and any companions (if applicable) must be: 13 years of age or over.
If under 18 years of age, express permission of parent/guardian is required before entering this Promotion. Parent/guardian may be required to accompany that entrant/companion when using the Prize or participating in the Promotion. Prizes will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to the entrant registering in the Promotion on behalf of that entrant, at the sole discretion of the Promoter, and that parent or legal guardian must accompany that winner for the duration of the Prize (if applicable).
Maximum Number of Entries:
Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each in the Promotion.
How to Enter:
1. Online Entry:
During the Promotion Period entrants must complete the online entry form and register their details in the manner required on the Website and answer in 25 words or less the question “What designer item would you like to WIN with Smallzy’s Real Or Fake?”
At various times during the Promotion Period, the Promoter will:
(a) select up to ten (10) entrants deemed to have submitted the ‘best’ entries (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid online entries received up until that stage of the Promotion Period (Selected Entrant);
(b) contact up to ten (10) Selected Entrants by telephone and place them on the standby list for that day (Standby List).
2. Phone entry:
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(a) the Promoter will invite entrants to call 13 24 10 during a specified time period;
(b) from the entrants who successfully call 13 24 10, up to ten (10) entrants will be selected by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) (Selected Entrant) and placed on the standby list for that day (Standby List).
3. Appear On Air
At various times during the Promotion Period the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) will:
(a) select a Selected Entrant from the relevant day’s Standby List;
(b) contact the Selected Entrant on their Personal Contact Number (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter); and
(c) invite the Selected Entrant to appear in the On Air Challenge (each a Challenger).
4. On Air Challenge
At various times during the Promotion Period, for each On Air Challenge, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) will:
(a) announce three (3) names (either real or fake designer names) (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) on air and invite the Challenger to provide three (3) responses as to whether each name is ‘real’ or ‘fake’ (Answers), within a specified time period (as determined by the Promoter in their sole and absolute discretion);
(b) if the Challenger can correctly provide three (3) correct Answers within the specified time period (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) they will be deemed a Prize winner and awarded the Prize outlined to them prior to the On Air Challenge commencing;
(c) should the Challenger fail to successfully complete the On Air Challenge (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion), the Promoter may invite the next Selected Entrant from the Standby List (who will be waiting on stand-by) to participate in the On Air Challenge as a Challenger. The Promoter will then repeat steps (a) and (b) above.
The Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) provide clues and hints to Challengers during a contesting spot however the Promoter is under no obligation to do so.
For the avoidance of doubt, there will be up to two (2) entrants deemed Prize winners and awarded the relevant Prize as outlined to them prior to their On Air Challenge (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) during the Promotion Period.
In the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion, the Promoter may, during the Promotion Period, announce a third Prize to be awarded, and conduct a further On Air Challenge to determine a winner of that Prize, however the Promoter is under no obligation to announce or award a third Prize.
For the avoidance of doubt, once all Prizes are given away (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion and announced on air), entries into the Promotion will close and the Promotion Period will end.
