· The Promoter is Kinderling Kids Radio (ABN: 16 169 018 946, Unit 8, 43 Bridge Street, Stanmore, NSW 2048, Australia)

· Promotion Period: The promotion commences on Sunday 15th October, 2017 and entries close midnight AEDT on Saturday 4th November, 2017

· To enter, Eligible Entrants must complete the competition form at https://www.kinderling.com.au/news/screen-free-challenge-win-family-holiday and sign up to Kinderling’s newsletter, during the Promotion Period.

· Entrants can also gain additional entries by completing extra actions as specified by the competition form.

· By entering the Competition, the Entrant hereby warrants that all personal details submitted by him/her are true, current and complete and that the e-mail address and phone number he/she submits are accurate and valid.

· Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the Entrant has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, has cheated or does not meet any of the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions.

· Entrants may enter multiple times within the Promotion Period

Prizes and winning

Prize conditions

· The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The prize is awarded at random and no prize will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any Entrant.

Liability

· By taking part in the Competition, the Entrant accepts that unforeseen technical problems linked to the use of computer networks may arise, including problems when connecting to the Internet. Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant entering the Competition. Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer Wi-Fi systems, servers, or providers, platforms and/or platform operators, computer equipment, software failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Entrant’s or any other person’s computer or other mobile device related to or resulting from participation in the Competition.

· To the fullest extent permissible by law, Promoter and partner exclude liability for all loss, damage or claim arising as a result of the Entrant’s entry into the Competition or use of the prize.

Data protection and publicity

· Promoter reserves the right and the Entrant expressly agrees that Promoter may use the name of the winner. Use may include the Internet, such as the website of Promoter, its social network pages including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Flickr, YouTube, Pinterest etc. and all Photograph, publicity, magazines, catalogues or the likes.

· By participating in this Competition, the Entrant will only be providing information to Promoter. Promoter will store entrant’s entry details in connection with this Competition solely for the purpose of competition administration and for sending the Kinderling Newsletter (terminable), unless Entrants have given permission for additional use.

· Entrants will be given the option to opt in to subscribe to the Volvo Car Australia database. Name and email address for entrants who select this option will be supplied to Volvo Car Australia.

Cancellation

· Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel the Competition and/or to amend the Terms and Conditions or change the prize at any time and without prior notice.

· In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms and Conditions, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the Competition, the decision of Promoter shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

· If at any time one or more of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out without affecting the remaining provisions.

· These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of Australia.
