The prize for this Competition comprises of:

Terms & Conditions

1. This competition (Competition) is conducted by AAI Limited (ABN 48 005 297 807) trading as AAMI (Promoter) of Level 28, 266 George Street, Brisbane, Queensland 4000. Please address all postal correspondence in relation to this Competition marked attention AAMI Marketing Team, PO Box 14180, Melbourne City Mail Centre, Victoria 8001.

2. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter forms part of these conditions. By entering into this Competition, entrants accept these conditions.

3. The Competition is only open to individuals who: (i) are Australian citizens aged 18 years or older at the time of entry; (ii) are not directors, management or employees of the Promoter or any of its related bodies corporates or any agency associated with the Competition; and (iii) who are able to travel to South America from 13/06/2014 to 23/06/2014 inclusive (Eligible Entrant).

8. Competition commences at 9am (AEST) on 7/04/2014 and closes at 11:59:59pm (AEST) on 9/05/2014 (Entry Period).

9. To enter this Competition an Eligible Entrant must during the Entry Period fully complete and submit the prescribed online entry form for this Competition ensuring that it includes (at minimum) his or her full name, postcode, a valid email address and a current mobile telephone number.

a. by visiting luckyaami.com.au (Competition Website); or

b. by visiting AAMI’s Facebook page at facebook.com/aami and then:

(i) selecting the Hamish and Andy Brazil Competition tab;

(ii) “like” the AAMI Facebook page; and

(ii) complete and successfully submit the prescribed online entry form for this Competition; or

c. in the case of an Eligible Entrant who receives an invitation to enter the Competition via a third party such as eBay, AusPost or WebJet, by confirming his or her details as captured by the third party and by the Eligible Entrant providing the renewal date for the insurance policy referenced in the invitation to the third party, those details will then be transmitted by the third party to the Promoter.

1 10. An Eligible Entrant may only enter this Competition via one of the entry methods prescribed in paragraph 9 and will receive one entry into the Competition. Where an Eligible Entrant submits more than one Entry Form, the Promoter will only have regard to the first and earliest valid Entry Form it received. All subsequent entries by the same Eligible Entrant will be discarded by the Promoter and deemed invalid entries.

After an Eligible Entrant has received written notification from the Promoter confirming receipt of his or her Entry Form with a unique hyperlink to the Competition Website, he or she (‘Referrer’) can earn unlimited additional entries into this Competition by referring this Competition via email to Eligible Entrants (who have not already entered the Competition) (‘Referred Person’) provided:

a. the Referrer includes the unique hyperlink to the Competition Website referenced in the confirmation message sent by the Promoter; and

b. the Referred Person enters the Competition in accordance with these terms and conditions using the unique hyperlink to the Competition Website sent by the Referrer.

12. Cost of entry via the internet is free, but internet connection and usage rates may apply. Eligible Entrants should obtain details of such costs from their relevant service providers. Costs associated with accessing the Competition Website, AAMI’s Facebook Page or third party website may vary depending on the internet service provider used by an Eligible Entrant and are sole the responsibility of an Eligible Entrant.

13. All Eligible Entrants must submit an entry form in their own name and personally. The Promoter will reject entry forms where it reasonably forms the opinion that they have been completed and submitted using a competition entry service. The use of any automated entry software or any mechanical, electronic or other means that allows an Eligible Entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that Eligible Entrant invalid.

14. Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of submission/transmission by the Eligible Entrant. Entries that contain details that are incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, ineligible or incomprehensible on the Competition Website or entry form by an Eligible Entrant will be deem an invalid entry and disqualified by the Promoter. Entries received will be considered final by the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.

15. The Promoter reserves the right to verify any details supplied by an Eligible Entrant in his or her entry form including verification that they satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined in paragraph 3 of these terms and conditions. Proof considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion.

16. The Promoter reserves the right to declare an entry invalid or disqualify an Eligible Entrant that it reasonably believes has: (a) tampered with the entry process; (b) submitted an entry which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions; or (c) if the Eligible Entrant is/has engaged in any unlawful or other improper conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Competition. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an Eligible Entrant in such circumstances are reserved.

17. Any attempt, deliberate or otherwise, to cause malicious damage to or interference with the normal functioning of the Competition Website or the information on the Competition Website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal or civil law and, should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss, damage or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these terms and conditions or any other legal obligation by an Eligible Entrant, the Eligible Entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for that loss, damage or cost.

DRAW

18. The draw to determine the winner of the prize for this Competition will take place at 12:00pm (AEST) on 13/05/2014 at Contact Management Associates (Vic) Pty Ltd, 92-94 Tope St, South Melbourne, Victoria 3205 (Draw Time).

19. The winner will be determined using an electronic drawing system that randomly selects one entry from the pool of entries received by the Promoter during the Entry Period. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

20. The Promoter or its representative will notify the winner by telephone and email on 13/05/2014. If successful notification does not take place on 13/05/2014 the Promoter will continue to make attempts both by telephone and email to contact the winner until 5:00pm AEST on 22/05/2014.

21. The winner selected pursuant to paragraphs 18 and 19 will only be awarded the prize described in paragraph 24 if the winner successfully establishes contact with the Promoter or its representative (verbally or in writing) to verify his or her eligibility and to claim the prize before 5:00pm AEST on 22/05/2014.

22. The winner who accepts and successfully claims the prize by 5:00pm on 22/05/2014 will have his or her name published in The Australian newspaper on 26/05/2014. If the winner resides in Victoria their name will be published in the Australian newspaper on 15/05/2014.

23. If the prize remains unclaimed as at 5:01pm on 22/05/2014, the winner selected pursuant to paragraph 18 will be disqualified and an alternative winner will be drawn pursuant to the redraw procedure outlined in paragraphs 34, 35 and 36. The Promoter or its representative will make reasonable attempts to notify the disqualified winner by telephone and email.
