Terms and Conditions
1.Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2.Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who have a Facebook account. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
3.Entry into the promotion commences on 17/2/2014 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 16/5/2014 (Promotional Period).
ENTRY
4.There will be three (3) entry periods in the promotion. Each entry period opens and closes in accordance with dates and times listed in the below table (each, an Entry Period). Entries received in one (1) Entry Period will not roll over into any subsequent Entry Period.

5.To enter, entrants must complete the following steps during an Entry Period:
visit www.visaholidayreplay.com.au (Website) and follow the prompts to the competition entry page;
give permission for the Website to access their Facebook public profile, Friends list, email address, albums and photographs (if not already done so);
following the prompts to create their entry, including providing a genuine and true story (in 50 words or less) about a time the entrant lost money when travelling overseas, and (in 15 words or less) how this affected their holiday (Story). Verification of a Story may be requested by the Promoter in accordance with clause 6 below;
during the entry creation process, the Website will automatically compile a video using an entrant’s Story (Video). In addition, an entrant can choose to upload/change photographs in the Video by linking to their Facebook photographs, or uploading new photographs; and
once a Video has been completed, the entrant must submit their entry in the manner required. Entrants will also be provided with the option to share their entry on various social media platforms.
6.By entering the promotion, an entrant warrants to the Promoter that their Story is their own, that they have visited the overseas country the Story is based in, and that the Story is genuine and true. To verify the validity of an entrant’s Story, the Promoter may request an entrant provide at least one (1) or more of the following items: passport stamp, airline ticket, trip itinerary, photographs of the entrant in the overseas location, transport tickets, museum/gallery/event/attraction tickets or receipts, bank statements, insurance claims, police reports or any other formal documentation to be determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion.
7.During the Entry Periods, the Promoter will display the entries on the Website for public viewing and voting, and will display selected entries on the Visa Facebook page at www.facebook.com/VisaAU (Visa Facebook Page) for public viewing. For the avoidance of doubt, voting will only be achievable via the Website. By entering this promotion, an entrant consents to the Promoter publishing their entry on the Website and the Visa Facebook Page (if selected).
8.Entries must not be offensive, defamatory or racist. Any entry that the Promoter deems inappropriate will be invalid. Entries will be moderated by the Promoter, and the Promoter may amend, edit, select, crop, retouch, add to or delete from any part of a submitted entry for moderation reasons, and an entry may be removed from the Website, at any time.
9.Any cost associated with accessing the Internet or downloading/uploading data is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used.
10.Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) each entry must be substantially unique (although an entry can be based on the same time the entrant lost money when travelling overseas); and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
11.If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
VOTING
12.Other members of the public can vote for entries by visiting the Website. In order to vote, other members of the public must, during the Entry Period, follow the prompts on the Website, log-in via the Facebook connect function, click on the entry’s ‘vote’ button, and vote for the entry in the manner required.
13.Multiple votes are permitted, subject to the following: (a) maximum of one (1) vote permitted per voter per entry; and (b) each vote must be submitted separately and in accordance with voting requirement and these Terms and Conditions
FINALISTS
14.The twenty (20) entrants whose entries receive the highest total number of valid votes at the end of each Entry Period, will, subject to verification by the Promoter, be deemed the “Finalists” for that Entry Period.
15.In the event of a tie to determine a Finalist, tied entries will be individually judged by the judges, based on originality merit, creativity and most entertaining storytelling of a true experience. The best entry/entries, as determined by the judges, will each be deemed a Finalist.
WINNERS
16.The winners for each Entry Period will be determined by the judges. Each Finalist will be individually judged based on literary merit, creativity and most entertaining storytelling of a true experience.
17.Judging will be conducted in accordance with the dates listed in the below table, and winners will be notified in accordance with the dates listed in the below table.

18.The best valid Finalist for each Entry Period, as determined by the judges, will each win an ANZ AU$20,000 VISA Prepaid Travel Card. Each prize may be awarded as two (2) ANZ AU$10,000 VISA Prepaid Travel Cards, to be determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion. The winners will need to visit an ANZ Branch to collect their prize and provide identification on collection. In the event a winner is not a current ANZ account holder, he/she will be required to complete ANZ’s Customer Identification Process (see here www.anz.com.au/Documents/AU/cc/Customer-Identification-Process.pdf).
19.The next best five (5) valid Finalists for each Entry Period, as determined by the judges, will each win an ANZ AU$1,000 VISA Gift Card, which will be mailed to the winners.
20.The Visa Prepaid Travel Cards/Visa Gift Cards will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Visa Prepaid Travel Cards/Visa Gift Cards are not included in the awards and are the sole responsibility of the users. Any unused balance of the Visa Prepaid Travel Cards/Visa Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Redemption of the Visa Prepaid Travel Cards/Visa Gift Cards is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the Visa Prepaid Travel Cards/Visa Gift Cards. Note: the AU$1,000 Visa Gift Cards cannot be used at ATM machines or for over-the-counter cash withdrawals at financial institutions.
21.Note: A winner must claim their prize within two (2) weeks of winner notification, or their prize will be forfeited without further notice.
22.The winners will be encouraged to take photographs and/or a video diary of their trip/s taken using their Visa Prepaid Travel Cards prizes, and to provide this content to the Promoter. The Promoter may then, in its sole discretion, use the supplied content in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration to the content provider(s) for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including the outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter, and may make any modifications or edits to the supplied content as the Promoter deems fit.
23.As a condition of accepting a prize, a winner must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
