1. The promoter is TAROCASH, Level 1, 409 George Street Waterloo NSW 2017 ABN 36449159653 phone 1300118276 who will facilitate the draw, fulfillment and management of the prize.
2. The promotion is open to anyone aged 18 and over located in New South Wales, Australia.

3. To be eligible to win the prize you must like the TAROCASH Australia Facebook page and enter your name, email address, postcode & phone number.

You may choose to unlike the TAROCASH Australia Facebook page at any time, however you must be a Liker at the time of the winner being notified in order to redeem your prize.

Should you not be a Liker of the TAROCASH Facebook page at time of the winner being notified, you will forfeit the prize.

4. The promotion commences at 9:00am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Friday 14th March 2014 and closes at 9:00am (AEST) on Friday 4th April 2014 (the Promotion Period).

5. TAROCASH will pick the winners provided the above conditions have been met. The winner will be tagged and notified in a TAROCASH Facebook page post at 11 am (AEST) on the 4th April 2014.

TAROCASH accepts no responsibility for unread or late responses once the winner has been notified.

The winner will be drawn at 9:30am (AEST) on 4th April 2014 at the location Tarocash, Level 1, 409 George Street Waterloo NSW 2017.

6. Prize – the winner will receive two (2) x general admission tickets to Schweppes Stakes Day at Royal Randwick on Saturday 26th April 2014 valued at $25 each and two (2) x $500 TAROCASH gift vouchers.

The prize cannot be picked up from a location, they will be posted to the nominated address. Prize cannot be exchanged or refunded online or in stores. It is up to the responsibility of the winners for transport to & from the event at Royal Randwick. Total prize pool is $1050.00

7. Any unclaimed prizes will be redrawn at 5pm on 5th July 2014 at TAROCASH, Level 1, 409 George Street Waterloo NSW 2017.
8. The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be varied. TAROCASH cannot accept responsibility for lost or undelivered items due to incorrectly provided address details.
9. Employees of TAROCASH and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter this promotion.
10. TAROCASH reserves the right to withdraw a prize and redraw an alternate winner should we suspect these terms and conditions are not being adhered to or if the winner is suspected of dishonest conduct.
