Entry Procedure
To enter, entrants must, do one of the following during the Promotion Period:
1. Using either their Instagram, Facebook or Twitter account, upload an image with or without copy or write a post copy only about how they are a Harris Scarfe Savvy Shopper to their profile along with the hashtag #HSDeals.
2. The promoter will judge all Instagram, Facebook and Twitter entries in accordance with Judging Criteria to determine a Winner. There will be a maximum of 1 (one) Winner determined in this manner.
For Instagram, Facebook and Twitter entrants only:
3. Prior to being determined a winner Instagram, Twitter and Facebook entrants will be required to respond to either a private Instagram, Twitter or Facebook message sent by either the Promoter or Harris Scarfe.
4. In this response entrants will be required to provide their personal details to the Promoter and agree to the terms and conditions of the Promotion.
5. All Instagram, Twitter and Facebook entrants will be required to respond in a 72 hour period. The time stipulation will be communicated in their private message. Should they fail to respond in the 72 hour period they will be disqualified from the promotion and the promoter may choose another winner.

Judging Criteria: Entries will be judged on a) whether they have included a product in their entry submission, b) creativity, c) originality, d) suitability.
Throughout the Promotional Period, the Promoter may at their absolute discretion contact some Entrants either via phone call and/or in writing, to further discuss the details of that person’s Entry. Any contact is not indicative of an Entrant’s standing in the competition, and does no way indicate whether or not that Entrant has been selected as a Contestant/Finalist/Winner.
All decisions of Judging are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
