Open from 14/07/14 – 31/08/14 to AU residents over 18 years. To enter, go to www.fluffyfaves.com.au and upload a photo that captures you in the clothes you love via Facebook, Twitter or Instagram with the hashtag #fluffyfaves. Photographs must feature the entrant and must not be offensive or inappropriate. Limit 1 entry per person per platform per day. The best entry each week will win an ASOS gift card to the value of A$1000 (to be delivered in British Pounds). Gift cards expire on date shown on card. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and ASOS are not participants in or sponsors of this promotion. There are seven rounds of judging. Judging takes place each Thursday from 24/07/14 – 04/09/14. Entries for each round close Sunday before the judging date. Prize winners notified via the platform they used to enter within 2 days of judging. There are 7 prizes to be won in total. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By submitting a photo captioned #fluffyfaves and otherwise participating in this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years of age and over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
To enter, each entrant must, during the Entry Period, visit the competition website at www.fluffyfaves.com.au (“Website”) and follow the instructions to enter the promotion via the links provided to one of the following platforms:
The Facebook page: Go to facebook.com/fluffyfaves, like the page and upload a photograph of yourself that “captures you in the favourite clothes you love” along with a status update and/or post including the hash tag #fluffyfaves. Facebook entrants need to ensure their photo is made ‘public’ when posting their entry, so it is viewable for judging; OR
Access your own personal Twitter account and upload a photograph of yourself that “captures you in the favourite clothes you love” along with a tweet and/or caption including the hash tag #fluffyfaves; OR
Access your own personal Instagram account and upload a photograph of yourself that “captures you in the favourite clothes you love” along with a caption including the hash tag #fluffyfaves. “Platform” means Facebook, Twitter or Instagram, as applicable. Limit applies of one entry per person per Platform per day. Multiple entries are permitted, provided that each entry must be original. Each photograph must feature the entrant but may feature other people as well. Photographs which do not feature the entrant will be deemed void. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Entry Period. Entries received after 31 August 2014 will not be accepted.
The competition commences at 00.01 AEST on 14 July 2014 and closes at 23.59 AEST on 31 August 2014 (“Entry Period”).
This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner(s). All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on how well the image captures the love the entrant and any other people featured have for their favourite garment(s). Photographs which feature more than one person will be judged as a whole, and not based on any one individual, but only the entrant will be eligible to win a prize. Further, each image will only be eligible to win once, even if the same image is submitted by multiple entrants (eg group photos). The best entry each week during the Entry Period across all three Platforms, as determined by the judges, will receive a prize. The judges’ decision is final and binding – no correspondence will be entered into. Each entrant will only be eligible to win one prize across all Platforms. That is, once an entrant has won one prize, that entrant will not be considered for future rounds of judging, even if subsequent entries are submitted over a different Platform (eg if the winning entry is submitted over Facebook, subsequent entries by that same entrant over Instagram or Twitter will not be eligible to win).
There will be seven (7) judging rounds. Judging will take place at 11:00 AEST on the dates listed in the table below at 345 George St, Sydney NSW 2000. Entries will be judged by a panel of judges from Colgate-Palmolive.

By uploading a photograph to enter in accordance with clause 2, each entrant agrees that:
the photograph may be made available for public viewing on the Website and the Platform through which the entry was submitted;
each person depicted in the photograph uploaded must be decently dressed and presented and the photograph must not be inappropriate, derogatory or otherwise offensive to any person;
all photographs are subject to the approval of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to vet all entries at any time and may remove any entries from Facebook and request the removal of any entries from Twitter or Instagram at any time in its absolute discretion. However, the Promoter is not responsible for any photographs uploaded to any Platform or the Website and visitors to each site view it at their own risk;
entrants must own the copyright in the photograph uploaded or be entitled and have permission to use the photograph in the manner contemplated by these terms, including use of the photograph for promotional purposes in accordance with clause 15;
the entrant has the permission of each other person featured in the photograph, or, if any other person is under the age of 18, the permission of their parent or legal guardian, to enter the photograph in accordance with these terms and conditions, including consent to each condition in this clause 6; and
Each prize consists of an ASOS Gift Card credited to the value of AU$1,000. There will be one prize awarded per week. There are seven (7) prizes to be won in total. Total RRP value of prizes = AU$7,000.00. No prizes will be awarded to any person in the winning entry except the entrant. Gift Cards can only be redeemed at www.asos.com. Gift Cards will expire on the date shown on the voucher. ASOS is not a participant in or sponsor of this promotion. The ASOS Gift Cards will be purchased by the Promoter to the value of AU$1,000 but the Gift Card will be delivered in British Pounds (£). The Promoter will purchase the Gift Card on the day the winner is validated and address details confirmed, and will be delivered to the winner electronically using the email address provided to the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any change in prize value resulting from a change in the value of the Australian dollar. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash.
The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the competition.
If any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
The winners will be notified via the Platform that their entry was submitted to, in accordance with the below, within 2 days of the judging date in clause 5:
Facebook – via direct private message to the winner’s profile. The winner must respond to the private message in order to verify their identity and provide their email address in order to receive the prize;
Twitter – via direct private message to the winner’s Twitter account. The winner acknowledges that, in order to send the private message, the Promoter and the winner may need to “follow” each other. If a winning entry was submitted via Twitter, the Promoter will publish a tweet containing the winner’s username and will send a “follow” request to the winner from the Promoter’s Twitter account. The winner must accept the Promoter’s request to “follow”, request to “follow” the Promoter and then respond to the private message from the Promoter in order to verify their identity and provide their email address in order to receive the prize; or
Instagram – via a public comment on the winning photograph. The winner acknowledges that, in order to comment on the photo, the Promoter may need to “follow” the winner. The winner must accept the Promoter’s request to “follow” and, on receipt of this comment, the winner must phone the Promoter on the number provided in the comment to verify their identity and receive a unique code. The winner must then upload the winning image again along with the unique code provided by the Promoter. You entry will not be considered valid and prize will not be awarded until these steps have been completed.
The names of the prize winners will be published on www.fluffyfaves.com.au within 2 days of the judging date in clause 5.
If the Promoter is unable to contact a winner within one week of the relevant judging date, that winner will forfeit the prize and the prize shall be awarded to the next best entry for that week (as determined by the judges). The Promoter will not be liable for a winner who does not respond to the Promoter’s direct private message or public comment or who does not accept the Promoter’s “follow” request and therefore forfeits their prize and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, email address of winners and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this competition, including proof that the winner is actually featured in the winning photograph. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with the conduct of this competition.
The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of ASOS.com Limited. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner as a result of the conduct of ASOS.com Limited or otherwise as a result of the winner accepting and/or using a prize (even if caused by negligence), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Entrants acknowledge that use of the Platforms is subject to the terms and conditions of that Platform. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any entrant as a result of the conduct of any of the Platforms, including the decision of any Platform to remove or not remove any photographs, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.
In particular, the thoughts and views expressed on each of the Platforms, including the Facebook page, are only the thoughts and views of the individual that posted them. They are not representative of the opinions of the Promoter, nor does the Promoter confirm, guarantee or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any post. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. It is a condition of entry that each entrant grants a complete release to Facebook from any claims that they now have or may have in the future which relate to or are incidental this promotion.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
Entrants confirm and promise that their entry is original and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. Further, entrants agree that the Promoter has an unrestricted, irrevocable, transferable, divisible right and licence to use and modify their entry for the purposes of the Promoter’s business including for promotional purposes without the payment of any further fee or compensation. If requested by the Promoter, the entrant agrees to sign any further documentation required by the Promoter to give effect to this arrangement.
