ELIGIBILITY:
To be eligible for this Contest, an individual must be a legal resident of Australia, residing in Queensland or Victoria. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, their related bodies corporate and companies or agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to win this promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter believes either has tampered with the entry process or has submitted an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

COMPETITION TIMELINE:

LIMITATION TO ENTRY:
To be eligible to enter this competition you must have a Facebook Profile to enter. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person during the Contest Period. Withdrawal of Entry: If an entrant submits am entry and later wishes to have it removed from, or not posted to the intended contest, they should contact Hybrid Digital on (08) 8113 0400 during business hours. All website entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database NOT the time of transmission by the entrant.

PRIZE:
There will be one major prize winner, who will receive;
A weekend of indulgence for two people at the Palazzo Versace on the Gold Coast, including;
• 2 nights in Superior Suite (including breakfast)
• Dinner 1 – Vanitas Restaurant – Dégustation menu with matching wine accompaniment by Sommelier

• $200 Palazzo Hotel voucher to spend on drinks at Vie Bar or room service throughout stay or something extra at the Day Spa
• An $800 travel voucher to use towards airfares, if the winner is resides outside of Queensland. Queensland residents will be required to make their way to the Palazzo Versace at their own expense.

The total prize package is valued up to $3,300.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of the use and enjoyment of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter accepts no responsibility if the event is cancelled, or the date is re-scheduled for any reason whatsoever. If the prize or any part of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoters’ control, the Promoter will endeavour but is not obliged to provide a substitute prize of equivalent value, subject to the written directions of any relevant State Authorities.

WINNER SELECTION:
The winners will be selected via a random winner selector built into the Woobox application and will take place within 2 days of the competition closing. Once the Prize Winner has been selected they will be notified by a phone call and email. Winners names will announced on the Fasta Pasta Facebook page. The decision of the judges is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. An unclaimed prizes draw will take place on 4th July 2014, if required.

The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or any instructions or directions on this site, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition. HOW TO ENTER:
1. Visit a Fasta Pasta restaurant and buy a main traditional pasta and a Coca-Cola product during the competition period.
2. Upon ordering the entrant will receive a receipt, which includes a unique order number and restaurant name on it. Retain this receipt.
3. Visit the Fasta Pasta Facebook page and access the competition via the entry app.
4. Become a Fan of the Fasta Pasta Facebook Fan Page.
5. Fill in the entry form including your unique order number and restaurant location.

LIMITATION TO ENTRY: To be eligible to enter this competition you must purchase a main pasta and a Coca-Cola during the competition period. Other limitation to entry, you must have a Facebook Profile to enter. There is a limit of one (1) entry per unique order number during the Contest Period.

PRIZE:
MAJOR PRIZES: There will be three major prize winners. Each major prize winner will receive a Phil Hoffmann Travel Voucher to the value of $3,000. These prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, foreign exchange, cash passports, travellers cheques. Travel vouchers can be redeemable for one year from the end of the competition period, Tuesday 19th November 2013. Winners will be required to contact Phil Hoffmann on 1300 790 663 to redeem their prize.

MINOR WEEKLY PRIZES: There will also be 3 Weekly Prize Winners drawn each week throughout the competition period. These winners will each receive a $100 Fasta Pasta Voucher. These winners will still be eligible to win the major prize draw. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
The total prize pool for this competition is, Main prizes ($9,000) + Minor prizes ($1,200) = $10,200.

WINNER SELECTION:
The winners will be selected via manual draw. The barrel drawn for the MINOR weekly prizes will take place on 29th October, 5th November, 12th November and 19th November 2013 at 10am at Hybrid Marketing (60 Halifax Street, Adelaide, 5000). The barrel drawn for the MAJOR prizes will take place on Tuesday 19th November at 10am at Hybrid Marketing (60 Halifax Street, Adelaide, 5000). Once the Prize Winners have been selected they will be notified by a phone call and email.
Winners names will announced on the Fasta Pasta Facebook page, published on the Fasta Pasta website for a month and printed in The Advertiser on Friday 22nd November 2013. The decision of the judges is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. An unclaimed prizes draw will take place at 10am on 20th December 2013, if required.
