Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility to Enter
Entry is only open to Australian and New Zealand residents who have a legitimate Facebook account.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
Promotional Period
Promotion commences 10am AEST on Wednesday February 19th 2014 and ends at 10am AEST on Friday February 21st 2014.

Judging & Publication Prize Giveaway
All valid entries received will be monitored and the first correct guess will be picked as the winner by FRANk Media. The first correct entry will be identified at FRANk Media 36B St Edmonds Road, Prahran VIC 3181 on 21st February at 11.00am AEST. If no one guesses correctly by the end of the competition duration, the winner will be picked based on the first closest correct guess to the actual amount of Tim Tam packets in the case.
The winner will be notified via comment and reply feature within the Competition post.
Once information has been provided, the winner will be sent out the prize by mail. The winner’s name will also be published online at https://www.facebook.com/AmericanTouristerAustraliaNZ within seven (7) days of the conclusion of competition.
