RABODIRECT CONVERSIONS FOR COMMUNITY PROMOTION (“THE COMPETITION”)
Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions. If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other published material, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
2. The promoter is RaboDirect, a division of Rabobank Australia Limited, Level 16 Darling Park Tower 201 Sussex Street, Sydney NSW 2000, ABN 50 001 621 129, Tel.: 1800 445 445 (“Promoter” or “RaboDirect”).
Eligibility to Enter
3. Entry into the Competition is open during the Competition Period for any person who satisfies the following eligibility requirements:
(i) is over 10 years of age at the start of the Competition Period;
(ii) the individual completing the nomination form and/or voting is an Australian resident;
(iii) the individual volunteer being nominated is a Victorian resident;
(iv) is not an employee or director of the Promoter or its related entities, or part of the immediate families of an employee or director of the Promoter.
CONVERSIONS FOR COMMUNITY GRANTS
How to Enter
4. To nominate an individual for their chance to win a Conversions for Community Grant, you (the “Nominator”) must complete the following steps during the Competition Period (“Nomination”):
(v) Visit the RaboDirect Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/RaboDirectAU);
(vi) Click on the Competition promotional ‘app’ located on the RaboDirect Facebook Page;
(vii) Input the requested details as prompted, including full names, valid email addresses, and phone numbers;
(viii) Nominate an individual Victorian based volunteer (“Nominee”) and provide the requested details about them; and
(ix) Submit the fully completed entry form, together with relevant images, video recordings or other materials in support of the Nomination.
5. The Competition commences at 10:00hrs on 17 of February 2014 and closes at 23:59hrs on 5 of August 2014 2014 (“Competition Period”). There are two rounds during the Competition Period during which Nominations may be made, as set out in the table below. All times and dates are times and dates in Sydney (EST) using the 24 hour clock.

7. When a Nominator submits any materials in connection with this promotion, including but not limited to photos or recordings (“Content”), the Nominator, unless the Promoter advises otherwise, licenses and grants the Promoter, its affiliates and sub-licensees a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display such Content for any purpose in any media, without compensation, restriction on use, attribution or liability. Nominators agree not to assert any moral rights in relation to such use and warrant that they have the full authority to grant these rights.
8. Nominators agree that they are fully responsible for the Content they submit. The Promoter shall not be liable in any way for such Content to the full extent permitted by law. The Promoter may remove any Content without notice for any reason whatsoever. Nominators warrant and agree that: (a) they will not submit any Content that is unlawful or fraudulent, or which may potentially be in breach of any intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights, defamatory, obscene, derogatory, pornographic, sexually inappropriate, violent, abusive, harassing, threatening, objectionable with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, not suitable for children aged under 15, or otherwise unsuitable for publication; (b) they will obtain prior consent from any person whose image or property appears in their Content; (c) they will obtain full prior consent from any person who has jointly created or has any rights in the Content, to the uses and terms herein; (d) their Content shall not contain viruses or cause injury or harm to any person or entity; and (e) they will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation, those governing copyright, content, defamation, privacy, publicity and the access or use of others’ computer or communication systems.
9. Without limiting any other terms herein, the Nominator agrees to indemnify the Promoter for any breach of the above terms.
Judging
10. Each Nomination will be individually judged based on how the nominated volunteer best demonstrates the RaboDirect Rebels 5 Star pledge;
(i) Respect
(ii) Excellence
(iii) Balance
(iv) Ethos
(v) Leadership
11. The best eight (8) valid Nominations, as determined by the judges, will be deemed as the winning recipients of the Conversion for Community Grants and become the finalists for the Conversions for Community Volunteer of the Year award.
Prize for Nominees
12. The eight (8) winning Nominees will each receive a Conversions for Community Grant, consisting of the following prizes:
(i) $1,000 in a High Interest Savings Account from RaboDirect
(ii) $5,000 for their local Rugby community cause from RaboDirect
(iii) 2 tickets to a Rebels home game in the Weary Dunlop function room
(iv) Attendance at the Weary Dunlop lunch in October 2014

Prize for Nominators
13. The Nominator who nominated the Conversions for Community Volunteer of the Year winner will receive a signed and framed RaboDirect Rebels jersey from The British and Irish Lions match played in Melbourne on Tuesday 25 June 2013. The jersey is signed by Captain, Gareth Delve and Head Coach, Damien Hill. ,
14. The judging of the winners of the Conversion for Community Grants component of this promotion is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
15. If any of the prizes or part thereof becomes unavailable, the Promoter may, subject to regulatory authority approval, and at its absolute discretion, where possible, provide an alternative prize or portion of the prize of equivalent value.
16. The prize winner will be notified by phone and/or email. The prize winners’ names and answers will be published on the Promoter’s Facebook page and/or on www.RaboDirect.com.au
CONVERSIONS FOR COMMUNITY VOLUNTEER OF THE YEAR
17. The 8 winners of the Conversions for Community Grants will become finalists (“Finalists”) for the Conversions for Community Volunteer of the Year and their names will be posted on the RaboDirect Facebook Page for voting by the public during the period shown below (“Voting Period”).
How To Vote
18. To vote, individuals must complete the following steps during the Voting Period:
(i) Visit the RaboDirect Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/RaboDirectAU);
(ii) Click the promotional application on the top panel of the RaboDirect Facebook Page;
(iii) Click the ‘vote’ button next to the Finalist they deem best ;
(iv) Complete the voting form including their full name, valid email address and phone number; and
(v) Submit the fully completed voting form.
