Once registered, they will be provided a member ID.

The App is available for free download via the App Store or Google Play. Click on the article and follow the prompts to complete the entry form;

Input the requested details including their legal full name (as indicated on their Australian or New Zealand bank account), state and phone number (verifying phone number where necessary); and then

Submit the fully completed entry form through the App.
