Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter the promotion ‘I Want Your Job – help us decide!’ and the prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open only to Australian residents.
3. The promotion may only be entered once by each registered user.
4. The Promoter is Eve Media Pty Ltd, ABN 18110798126, PO Box 215 Sandringham VIC 3193.
5. Employees, immediate family members, retailers, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are not eligible to enter.
6. Promotion commences Thursday 23 January 2014 10.00am AEST and closes at 9.00pm on Wednesday 12 February 2014.
7. To enter, entrants are required to go to www.placeswego.com, click through to the “I Want Your Job” promotion page and vote for one of three entrants in the ‘I Want Your Job’ promotion. The entrant will be required to register their details and complete the online entry form, including their name, age, address, contact number and an email address to be eligible to win.
8. By entering this competition, you give Eve Media the right to use your details for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes outside of the competition.
9. All entries will become the property of Eve Media. Eve Media will use the information entrants provide for the purpose of conducting this promotion. Eve Media may on-provide details to a co-promoter for promotional and marketing purposes. Eve Media is bound by the Information Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 2001. Entrants can request access to the personal information Eve Media holds about them by contacting us at enquiries@placeswego.com.au. Eve Media’s privacy policy is available on the Places We Go website www.placeswego.com/privacy. Whenever Eve Media or a co-promoter sends an entrant a marketing communication they will always provide the entrant with an option to unsubscribe from receiving future marketing communications.
10. Where this competition is promoted on Facebook, entrants acknowledge this competition is in no way associated with, administered or endorsed by Facebook. Any information disclosed by entrants entering this competition is not provided to Facebook.
11. The winner will be drawn on Thursday 13 February 11.00am AEST at 6 Neptune Street, Sandringham 3191. Winner will be notified by email or phone and published on www.placeswego.com. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The prize is a set of Antler Juno Luggage comprising 1 x large roller case, 1 x medium roller case and 1 x cabin roller case; total value $807. Colours are subject to availability. Prize is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferable. If for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control the agreed prize is not available a product of equal or greater value will be provided. The Promoter is not responsible for prizes once they have been dispatched to the winner.
13. If the prize is unclaimed by the winner, the competition will be redrawn on Tuesday 13 May 2014 at 11.00am at the address in clause 8 above. The winner will be notified in writing by email and published on placeswego.com.
