HOW TO ENTER
flybuys members must simply use Android Pay loaded with their Westpac Mastercard, Westpac Visa, ANZ Mastercard, ANZ Visa Credit or Debit Card (excluding ANZ Everyday Visa Debit) or ING Debit Card to make a purchase at any Coles, Coles Express, Liquorland or First Choice Liquor store between 10/08/2017 and 18/10/2017 (promotional period) and scan their flybuys card at time of purchase to automatically be entered into the prize draw.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1.Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions. Entry into this competition is deemed to be an acceptance of these conditions.

3.Entry is open to Australian residents 16 years and over who are current flybuys members or new flybuys members who join during the promotional period. The Promoter and its agencies directly associated with the organisation of this promotion and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Participants under the age of 18 must obtain the prior permission of their legal parent or guardian over the age of 18 to enter.
4.Competition commences at 00.01am AEST on 10/08/2017 and closes at 11.59pm on 18/10/2017 (Promotional Period). There will be 10 separate prize draws, each taking place at 10.00am on 24/10/2017 at Focal Promotions, Suite 1, 20 Wangara Rd, Sandringham VIC 3191. The draw details are listed below and the winners will be notified by email or phone and the winners’ names will be published at www.flybuys.com.au from 03/11/2017.

5.The first valid entry drawn in each of the 10 separate draws will each win 1 MILLION BONUS POINTS, valued at $5,000. Total prize pool: 10 winners. Maximum total value of prize pool is 10,000,000 BONUS POINTS valued at $50,000. All BONUS POINTS will be awarded and credited to the winners’ household accounts by 24/11/17. The redemption of flybuys points is subject to flybuys’ standard Terms and Conditions which are available at www.flybuys.com.au. Prize value includes GST where applicable. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6.Value of prize is shown as a guide only and was correct at the time of promotional launch. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Should the item specified in item 5 above be unavailable or superseded, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of a similar type and value, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory, where relevant.
7.Subject, where relevant, to any written directions given by the relevant gaming authority, any unclaimed prizes will be awarded in a further draw to be held at 10am (AEST) on 02/02/2018 at Focal Promotions, Suite 1, 20 Wangara Rd, Sandringham VIC 3191. The winners will be notified by email or phone or mail and the winners’ names will be published at www.flybuys.com.au from 09/02/2018.
8.To the extent permitted by law, The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of entering this Promotion, or receiving, accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
9.Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission by the entrant. The Promoter is not liable for any delays in the processing of information or for late, lost or misallocated entries. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to reasons due to computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions under State or Territory legislation.
10.The Promoter may verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry, or for engaging in any unlawful or other improper conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender will not be affected by the disqualification.
11.The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to include entrants in the promotion and where appropriate, award prizes. If any information requested by the Promoter is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to State and Territory lottery departments, and that the winner’s name and locality will be published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any personal information should be directed to the Promoter at the address stated in condition 2.
