ELIGIBILITY:
CommandTM Brand Photo Sharing Competition OFFICIAL RULES
 The CommandTM Brand Photo Sharing Competition (“Contest”) is open only to legal residents in Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, who have a valid email address. All eligible individuals as defined herein are referred to as “Entrant”.
 Employees of the Promoter or related companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with the contest, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter.
ENTRY PERIODS:
Contest begins 00:00 a.m. (AEDT) on 21/01/14 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (AEDT) on 16/03/14 (“Contest Period”). There is one (1) selection at the end of the Contest Period, for a total of five (5) winners.
TO ENTER THE CONTEST:
 A Contest “Entry” is created when an entrant enters a picture of how they have used CommandTM Picture Hanging Strips to decorate their walls and uploads their picture publicly to Instagram or Twitter with the hashtag #LoveYourWalls and preferably #3MCommand during the Contest Period.
 Once all required steps are completed/ submitted as specified herein and directed by the online instructions, you will receive one (1) “Entry” in to the Contest. Entries must be completed, submitted, recorded and published on the Site, within the Contest Period set forth above, to be eligible for the final selection of five (5) winners. Multiple Entries permitted per person but each Entry must have a different photo to qualify.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS OF CONTEST ENTRY: Additionally, to be eligible for Contest judging and prize award, an Entrant/photo must meet and hereby warrants by submission the truthfulness and accuracy of the following additional requirements:
 Photo entry must be submitted with #LoveYourWalls and preferably with #3MCommand
 Entrant must be sole copyright owner of the photo.
 Photo must only contain brand names or trademarks owned by the Sponsor, which entrant has
a limited authorisation to use to incorporate in his/her submission in this Contest.
 Photo cannot be discriminatory, obscene, indecent, hateful, defamatory, slanderous, contain profanities, depict any person, place, thing, school or the Sponsor or its products and services
unfavourably, and must be suitable for all ages and for republication.
 Photo must not promote alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco (or the use of any of the foregoing) or a
particular political agenda or contain material that is unlawful.
 If applicable, Entrant represents and warrants that he/she has obtained permission from each
person whose image is included in the photo, and that such person(s) have granted Entrant all necessary rights to use the person’s likeness as described in these Official Rules, including but not limited to Promotion-related publicity and general advertising and promotional purposes. If the Likeness of a minor is included, such grant of rights must include permission from the minor’s parent or legal guardian authorising the use of the minor’s likeness on behalf of the minor.
 Entrants agree that their Photo submissions become the property of the Sponsor, which hereby has the right to edit, adapt, modify, reproduce, promote and otherwise use in any way they see fit without limitation and compensation to Entrant.
Once a photo is submitted, it may not be edited or resubmitted. No correspondence regarding the screening, verification or judging status of Photo Entries will be undertaken by the Sponsor.
SELECTION OF WINNERS:
 This contest is based on skill.
 Potential winners will be selected at the end of the Contest Period (as described above). Total of
five (5) winners for this Contest.
 The potential winners will be notified on March 28th, 2014.
 Judging criteria –
o Creativity / content quality of each qualifying Entry  Decisions of the judges are final.
PRIZE DESCRIPTION:
 Total of five (5) prizes each for a $200 Woolworths Grocery Voucher. Total Prize value ($1,000) GENERAL RULES:
By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. All materials submitted become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Sponsor makes no warranty with respect to any portion of prize. By accepting prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name, photograph or likeness for publicity or advertising purposes without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law. By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and the Promotional Participants from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from or in connection with this Contest and/or acceptance or use of the prize.
No element of any Prize is redeemable for cash or to be resold for cash or profit in any way. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize(s) at the time stipulated then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner/s and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize/s. If the Prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it for a Prize of equal or greater value, subject to state regulation. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage or for personal injury suffered or sustained by the taking of the Prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner for the purposes of distributing the Prize, that winner will forfeit the prize entirely and it shall be awarded to the next selected winner in the promotion. The Promoter will not be liable where a winner forfeits their prize.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
Sponsor and Promotional Participants are not responsible for: (i) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technology outage, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries, whether caused by the sender or any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; (ii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any
transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iii) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (iv) electronic, clerical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest or the transmission, receipt or processing of entries or notification of winners; (v) lost, misdirected, illegible or incomplete registrations, or entries nor for any change of email address of entrants; or (vi) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant’s computer, hardware or software, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Contest. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, modify, cancel or suspend this Contest if fraud, technical failures including any network server or hardware failure, viruses, bugs, errors in programming, or any other errors or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security, or proper play, of the Contest. In the event of termination, remaining prizes will be awarded in a manner to be determined by Sponsor consistent with state requirements. Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall the Sponsor or the Promotional Participants be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use the web site, or out of any breach of any warranty. This exclusion or limitation of liability will not apply to the extent that any applicable statute prohibits such exclusion or limitation of liability. WINNERS:
