VIP Terms & Conditions
1.To be eligible to join the Table Eight VIP Club, a purchase must be made at any Table Eight store or David Jones Table Eight counter. This excludes all Table Eight Reduced and Fashion Reduced stores. Sign up must be made at the time of purchase, or with a proof of purchase receipt from Table Eight or David Jones.
2.Purchase at David Jones must include Table Eight goods.
3.Payment must be made in the form of cash, credit card or cheque.
4.Table Eight VIP Club member benefits are for exclusive use of the Table Eight VIP Club member only.
5.By joining the Table Eight VIP Club, Table Eight may use your personal information to contact you (including electronically) from time to time. Table Eight may also disclose your personal information to David Jones to send you information about products and special offers that may interest you. The Table Eight Privacy Policy issued on this form also forms a part of these Terms and Conditions.
6.It is the member’s responsibility to inform Table Eight of any changes to their personal details. Table Eight accepts no responsibility for members not receiving emails, vouchers, offers, invites or any other promotional material, if incorrect details are provided or Table Eight is not notified of any change of details. Table Eight also accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected correspondence resulting from circumstances outside Table Eight’s control.
7.Table Eight reserves the right, at any time without notice, to: a) suspend, terminate or vary the Table Eight VIP Club; b) change the Terms and Conditions of the Table Eight VIP Club program; c) terminate any individual’s membership or refuse to issue any individual any membership in its absolute discretion.
8.Table Eight and Pretty Girl Fashion Group Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by members resulting from such suspensions, terminations, variations or change as set out in clause 7, or arising from the Table Eight VIP Club, except for any liability which can not be excluded by law.
