We begin our journey at Gallon Bar on Harris St with a glass of fine wine, in a rustic bar that is the very essence of the original Pyrmont. Sandstone and wrought iron fittings create a cosy ‘castle’ feel to this inner city wine bar.

Next we head down the road and around the corner to Blue Eye Dragon. This stunning Taiwanese restaurant – hidden at the back of St Bede’s Parish in the old church hall – is a local icon. Our guests will enjoy shared plates of Asian delicacies for their entre and a matching glass of Australian wine.

The recently restored Hotel 1888 on Murray Street is our host for Mains in the funky lobby bar & restaurant of a former wool shed. We will get to try the brand new dinner menu of contemporary Australian food matched with another fabulous Australian wine.

We finish our decadent evening with a tasty treat at local favourite Bar Zini. Accompanied by a glass of sticky dessert wine sitting in this cosy Italian bistro unwinding from our wonderful evening celebrating the best in food and wine that Pyrmont has to offer.
