Competition Terms and Conditions
1. General

(b) Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
(c) By entering any competition promoted by Cinori Shoes you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms as advised by Cinori Shoes.
(d) For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, Cinori Shoes includes its parents, related and subsidiary companies, past present and future officers, agents, representatives, and employees.
2. Entry Requirements
(a) Entrants must be residents of Australia and aged 18 years or older.
(b) The employees, agents and contractors or family members of Cinori Shoes are not eligible to enter the Competition.
(c) The competition can be entered online via filling out this form http://join.fashion.com.au/landing/index/win-django-and-juliette-shoes in its entirety until you land back on the Cinori Shoes Website – www.cinori.com.au/django-and-juliette/.
(d) To enter, Eligible Entrants must enter a valid Email address, Name, Postcode and let us know in 25 words or less what your favourite Django & Juliette Shoe is and why. The name of the shoe MUST be a shoe that is currently displayed on the website www.cinori.com.au/django-and-juliette/ for the entry to be considered eligible to win. A reason must be stated within the 25 words for it to be considered a valid entry. Incomplete or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. Any incorrect entrant details submitted may render the corresponding entry invalid. It is each entrant’s responsibility to inform Cinori Shoes if their personal details change prior to the Winner Notification Date.
(e) Cinori Shoes reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and address) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
(f) When giving us your email address you agree to be added to both our Cinori Shoes and Django & Juliette mailing list. This is in accordance with the ACMA Spam Act 2003 of which you are giving us your email address with inferred consent that you will be added to the Cinori Shoes and Django & Juliette newsletter mailing list. We also abide by the Spam Act that ensures that you can unsubscribe at any time.
(g) The winner will be decided on Tuesday, July 1st at 11am AEST.
(h) The winner will win one $300 online Cinori Shoes voucher to be used to purchase a pair of Django & Juliette shoes through the Cinori Shoes online store. It must be redeemed before Monday, September 1st 2014.
(i) Entries to this competition open on Monday, June 2nd 2014 at 12pm (AEST) and will close Monday, June 30th 12pm (AEST)
(j) Cinori Shoes reserves the right to amend competition terms and conditions at any time. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they are aware of the latest terms and conditions.
3. Judging
(a) This competition is a game of skill and the winner will be chosen based on the quality of the entry.
(b) The prize winners will be notified by email address. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the prize winners. Cinori Shoes will not be liable to the prize winner who cannot be contacted at the details provided in their entry.
(c) If Cinori Shoes is unable to contact the prize winner after reasonable efforts, Cinori Shoes may assign the prize to the next best selected entry. Cinori Shoes will give the original winner 24 hours to respond to the email so if contact has not been made by Friday, July 4th another winner will be announced.
(d) The decision of the judges is final and will not enter into correspondence or communication regarding the judges’ decisions.
4. Prizes
(a) The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.
(b) Cinori Shoes will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any prize under this competition.
(c) Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Cinori Shoes accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes.
(d) The total amount of the voucher (AU$300.00) must be redeemed by the expiry date – Monday, September 1st 2014.
(e) Prize winners agree to participate in any promotional activity promoting Cinori Shoes, prize sponsors and/or the competition at the reasonable request of Cinori Shoes. This includes the announcement being done via the Cinori Shoes Facebook Page. The page can be found at www.facebook.com/cinorishoes
5. Intellectual Property
(a) Cinori Shoes may publish, adapt, communicate or otherwise use the entrants’ winning submission and/or prize winners’ names for advertising and publicity purposes in any media in perpetuity without needing to provide additional compensation.
6. Warranties
(a) Entrants warrant and represent to Cinori Shoes that nothing in any entry to any competition infringes the rights, including copyright, of any third party and is not defamatory or obscene and does not breach any state or commonwealth law.
(b) If Cinori Shoes becomes aware that a prize winner is in breach of any warranty contained in these Terms and Conditions, Cinori Shoes may deem that prize winner ineligible.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are to be construed according to the competition laws of Western Australia, Northern Territory, South Australia, Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, and Tasmania Australia and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of each state and territory.
