Promotional Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with the General Terms and Conditions. If there is any conflict between the Promotional and General Terms and Conditions, the Promotional Terms and Conditions apply.
1. To enter: Shop and place a valid order on Zanui.com.au during the promotion period. For every purchase a customer makes during the promotion period they will receive an additional entry. Only once orders have been placed and confirmed to be valid will entrants be entered into the draw.
2. The competition opens on 7 January 2014 at 12.01am AEDST.
3. The competition closes on 6 February at 11.59pm AEDST.
4. Five (5) winners will be chosen at random on 7 February 2013 at 12.00pm AEDST. The draw will take place at Zanui, Level 3, 60-64 Reservoir Street Surry Hills, NSW 2010.
5. The total prize is valued at RRP $5,000 and consists of five (5) Au $1000 homewares prize packs from Zanui.
6. The winners will be notified by phone or email on 7 February 2013.
7. The five (5) homewares gift packs will be dispatched to the winners at Zanui’s expense within one (1) week of the winner claiming the prizes. 8. The names of the prize winner (and their suburb if residing in South Australia) will be published in The Australian on 15 February 2014.
9. Winners will have until 5 May 2014 to respond to the email and confirm their eligibility in order to claim their prize.
10. If any of the entrants selected are un-contactable or unable to accept the prize for any reason, a second chance draw will be conducted in the same format and location as the original draw at 10.00am AEDST on 6 May 2014. Winners of the second chance draw will be by notified by email within 12 hours of the draw.
