World Gym Toowoomba – Win a trip for 2 to Fiji
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Competition is only open to World Gym Toowoomba members, excluding Fitness Passport members.
Winner must be a current World Gym Toowoomba member at the time of draw and they must be 18+ and in good standing (not in arrears).
Winner will receive a trip for two adults to Fiji.
Prize includes 7 nights accommodation in a 5-star resort for 2 adults, return airfares for 2 adults including checked baggage and carry on, departing from Brisbane International Airport, return airport / resort transfers and full buffet breakfast daily for both adults at the resort.
Prize valued at $3,000.
World Gym Toowoomba accepts no responsibility for change in the prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date.
In acceptance of the prize, the Winner acknowledges that they may incur ongoing costs associated with the prize which are the entire responsibility of the Winner.
World Gym Toowoomba shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Winner must be available to redeem the holiday before September 2023 and must be booked with Toowoomba Cruise & Travel.
If prize is unavailable, a substitute of similar value will be given at World Gym Toowoomba’s discretion. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Competition starts 1st August 2022 and ends 6pm Monday, 26th September 2022. Entries close 6pm Monday 26th September 2022 with winner to be drawn on Monday 26th September 2022 at approximately 6.30pm and announced publicly by Friday 30th September 2022 on social media.
Winner will also be contacted via email and telephone. World Gym Toowoomba and World Gym Australia employees, their families and friends are not entitled to enter the draw. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances and events beyond the control of World Gym Toowoomba, World Gym Toowoomba reserves the right to extend or terminate the promotion at their discretion.
