Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over (“Eligible Entrant”). Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with this competition and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
The promotion commences at 12:01am Australian Eastern Daylight Saving Time (“AEDST”) on Wednesday 20 November 2013 & closes at 11:59pm AEDST on Tuesday 17 December 2013 (“Promotion Period”).
To enter, purchase any two (2) DRUMSTICK multi-pack products (“Eligible Product”) in one (1) transaction from a Participating Outlet during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Purchase”) and submit your entry Online:
Go to www.drumstick.com.au and follow the prompts to submit your contact details (including first name, surname, year of birth, gender, email, street address, suburb, postcode and phone number) and enter the last five (5) digits of the barcodes from the two (2) Eligible Products purchased and the last three (3) digits of the receipt number from the Qualifying Purchase. Please ensure you keep a copy of your purchase receipt.
All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be entered in the prize draw.
The prize draw will be conducted at Suite 403/62 Beach Street, Port Melbourne, Victoria 3207 at 12 noon AEDST on Thursday 19 December 2013 and will be overseen by an independent scrutineer. The first three (3) valid entries drawn (each a “Prize Winner”) will each win a prize as defined in clause 16.
Each prize is an Australian Open 2014 Final Package valued at up to $33,786.66 (RRP) (including GST) comprising (subject to clause 18):
Return business class airfares for four (4) adults from the Prize Winner’s nearest Australian Capital city to Melbourne;
Return private transfers between Melbourne airport and the Accommodation (refer to the next point);
Four (4) nights’ 5 star accommodation at the Intercontinental Melbourne the Rialto (or similar) in two (2) twin share rooms (Check in Friday 24 January 2014 – Check out Tuesday 28 January 2014) (“Accommodation”);
