TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This competition (“Competition”) is conducted by Coca-Cola South Pacific Pty Ltd, ABN 50 003 029 794, of Level 9, 40 Mount St, North Sydney, NSW 2060 (“Promoter”). Phone number1800 003 629.
Entry into the Competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Competition is only open to “Eligible Entrants”. An Eligible Entrant is an individual who is an Australian resident aged 13 years or older as at time of entry, who can take the Major Prize from the period commencing 10/06/2014 and ending 21/06/2014, and who holds a valid passport within a minimum six (6) months validity as at at the date of intended return to Australia, excluding any: (i) employee of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or participating Woolworths retailers or any of their agencies associated with the Competition; (ii) employees of Coca-Cola Amatil (Aust) Pty Ltd, ABN 68 076 594 119; (iii) spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of an excluded employee; and (iv) any person who the Promoter has previously notified is not permitted to enter the Promoter’s competitions. Eligible Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this Competition.
Competition opens at 00:01 hrs on 01/03/2014 and closes at 23:59 hrs on 12/04/2014 (“Entry Period”). All times and dates are times and dates in Sydney which will be either Australian Eastern Daylight Saving Time (“AEDST”) or Australian Eastern Standard Time (“AEST”) during the Entry Period. All times are stated using the 24 hour clock. 00:01 hrs is the start of the day and 24:00 hrs is the end of the day.
“Promotional Product” means any PET bottle, 8 x 200mL pack or twenty four (24) can pack of ‘Coca-Cola’, Diet ‘Coca-Cola’, ‘Coca-Cola’ Zero, Fanta, Sprite, or Lift, or any Powerade product, purchased from any Woolworths retailer nationally.
To be eligible to enter, the Eligible Entrant must purchase any Promotional Product from a participating Woolworths retailer nationally during the Entry Period.
Entry can only be made via the Internet at the “Competition Website” www.coca-cola.com.au.
To enter, Eligible Entrants must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:
Visit the Competition Website and register for a ‘Coca-Cola’ account, or log-in using their ‘Coca-Cola’ account log in details;
If an Eligible Entrant has not previously registered for a ‘Coca-Cola’ account, he/she will be required to create an account by inputting the requested details in the ‘Coca-Cola’ account registration form by providing a valid e-mail address, confirmation that they are an Australian resident, date of birth, gender, first name, last name, contact number, postcode and creating a password, and then submitting a fully completed ‘Coca-Cola’ account registration form.
Once an Eligible Entrant has logged in using their ‘Coca-Cola’ account details or registered for a ‘Coca-Cola’ account, they will be directed to the promotional entry form where Eligible Entrants will then be required to enter the last five (5) digits of the Promotional Product barcode, as well as the full transaction number on the Woolworths receipt for the qualifying purchase. Once submitted, Eligible Entrants will be notified immediately online as to whether they are a Provisional Instant Winner (in accordance with clause 16 below) and will also be automatically entered into the Major Prize Draw. If an Eligible Entrant does not wish to be automatically entered into the Major Prize Draw, they must contact the Promoter on the details outlined in clause 1 above.
An Eligible Entrant must not use more than one (1) ‘Coca-Cola’ account to submit entries.
Any cost associated with accessing the Competition Website is the Eligible Entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an Eligible Entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that Eligible Entrant invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (including an Eligible Entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any Eligible Entrant who, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to these conditions, including the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per Promotional Product purchased; (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements and these Terms and Conditions; (c) unrecognised barcodes will be deemed invalid; and (d) a limit of ten (10) entries per Eligible Entrant per promotional week is permitted. For the sake of clarity, and for the purposes of this Competition, a promotional week is Saturday – Friday (inclusive), excluding the last promotional week which opens at 00:01 hrs AEDST on Saturday 05/04/2014 and closes at 23:59 hrs AEST on Saturday 12/04/2014. The Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to block any Eligible Entrant from entering the Competition who attempts to enter invalid barcodes through the Competition Website at any stage.
Entrants must retain their Promotional Product label (including the barcode) as well as a photocopy of their Woolworths purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize.

INSTANT WIN

There will be three hundred and ten (310) instant win prizes in total awarded in the Competition. The Promoter will use a computer drawing system to randomly determine three hundred and ten (310) winning times during the Entry Period (the “Winning Times”). The first entry, received on or after each of the Winning Times, will be the provisional winner of an instant win prize. If any instant win prizes are not won, they will be entered into the Unclaimed Prize Draw.
Eligible Entrants will be notified instantly online as to whether or not they are a provisional instant winner (“Provisional Instant Winner”). All Provisional Instant Winners names will be published on the Competition Website from 15/05/2014. Provisional Instant Winners of an Adidas Brazuca Glider Ball or EA Sports FIFA 14 games will only be deemed instant winners, subject to online verification by the Promoter (“Instant Winners”). For online verification to take place, Provisional Instant Winners of the abovementioned prizes, will be required to complete, in full, an online declaration provided by the Promoter on the Competition Website by the time stipulated by the Promoter. If a Provisional Instant Winner is found not to be an Eligible Entrant, or their entry is deemed invalid under these Terms and Conditions, the instant win prize will be awarded in the Unclaimed Prize Draw.
Instant win prizes are: one hundred and fifty (150) Adidas Brazuca Glider Balls valued at $25 each; one hundred and fifty (150) EA SPORTS™ FIFA 14 games valued at $99.99 each; and ten (10) Sony PlayStation 4 Consoles (500GB model) valued at $549.99 each (“Instant Win Prizes”).
The winners of the EA SPORTS™ SportsFIFA 14 game prizes can, at the time of winner notification, elect the relevant game in order to be compatible with one of the following consoles only: PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. Entrants acknowledge and agree that as EA is not the Promoter of this EA will not entertain any correspondence from participants or third parties in relation to the same. Entrants should direct all queries relating to the to the Promoter. EA’s ownership of all intellectual property rights in the games, and any EA logos, trade marks and copyright material used by entrants in this is asserted and all its rights reserved.

MAJOR PRIZE DRAW

The Major Prize Draw will take place at Handling Matters, 1/3 Green Street, Brookvale NSW 2100 at 10:00 hrs on 14/04/2014. The Provisional Major Prize Winners will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the Major Prize Draw. Provisional Major Prize Winners will only be deemed Major Prize Winners, subject to verification by the Promoter (“Major Prize Winners”) and will be published on the Competition Website from 21/04/2014. If a Provisional Major Prize Winner is found not to be an Eligible Entrant, or their entry is deemed invalid under these Terms and Conditions, the Major Prize will be awarded in the Unclaimed Prize Draw. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The first three (3) valid entries drawn in the Major Prize Draw will each win a trip for two (2) people to Sao Paulo, Brazil, valued at up to AU$26,980, depending on date and point of departure. Prize includes:
Two (2) x return economy airfares from the Major Prize Winner’s nearest capital city to Sao Paulo, Brazil;
Seven (7) nights twin share four (4) star accommodation;
Two (2) General Admission tickets to attend two (2) matches at the 2014 FIFA World Cup, including return hotel to stadium transfers for each match;
Breakfast daily, for the Major Prize Winner and their companion;
One (1) x full day guided sightseeing tour of Porto Alegre, Brazil; and
Spending money, additional meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports (with minimum six (6) months validity as at the date of intended return to Australia), visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, airport to hotel transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. Prize must be taken to coincide with the 2014 FIFA World Cup, from the period commencing 10/06/2014 and ending 21/06/2014, and is subject to booking and flight availability.
The exact 2014 FIFA World Cup match tickets to be awarded will be determined by the Promoter, in its absolute discretion, and will be subject to availability.
During the entire duration of the Major Prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age. Each Major Prize Winner and his/her companion are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation.
Each Major Prize Winner (and their respective companion) must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together.
Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the Major Prize. Major Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The Major Prize Winners may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in.
The Promoter is not responsible and cannot be held liable for any 2014 FIFA World Cup match which is cancelled or delayed, or where the location is changed, or any other occurrence which is out of the reasonable control of the Promoter.
The 2014 FIFA World Cup match tickets are subject to the event venue and ticket terms and conditions, including any applicable age restriction. The Promoter and event organisers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject any Major Prize Winner (and/or their respective companion) for any inappropriate behaviour whilst participating in any element of the Major Prize.
