STANDARD TERMS
1.1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
1.2. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this competition, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1. Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all residents of Western Australia aged 18 years of age or older.
2.2. Employees (and their immediate families) of Seven Network (Operations) Limited, West Australian Newspapers, prize suppliers and their respective associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter. Immediate family includes spouse, de facto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child or sibling living under the same roof.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1. The Competition commences on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at 00:00 AWST and concludes on Sunday August 29, 2021 at 23:59 AWST (“Competition Period”).
3.2. In order to enter the draw, readers must:
1. Purchase a copy of The West Australian and/or The Sunday Times and obtain the codeword; OR
2. Purchase The Kalgoorlie Miner, South Western Times, Geraldton Guardian and/or Albany Advertiser during the Competition Period to get a code printed within each edition; OR
3. Receive any other Regional Newspaper or Perth Now newspaper during the Competition Period and get a code printed within each edition; OR
4. Receive a bonus promotional code from social media or digital adverts;
5. AND IN EACH CASE
6. Register code(s) online at thewest.com.au/spintowin; and
7. Submit required personal details.
3.3. All entrants in the Competition may only enter once per codeword. All entrants found to have entered more than once per codeword, will have their subsequent entries disqualified at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
3.4. Entries must be received by the Competition close date and time.
3.5. If any entries are deemed at the Promoter’s final discretion to be made via “scripting”, those entries will be deemed invalid and will not be accepted.
