‘Serve it Up – WIN a $2,000 Fresh Food Voucher’ Competition Commences Monday 24 March 2014
1 INTRODUCTION
(a) The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to The Shops At Ellenbrook ‘Serve it Up – WIN a $2,000 Fresh Food Voucher’ (“Competition”). Entrants warrant that by submitting an entry into this Competition, they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
(b) These Terms may be collected at The Shops At Ellenbrook Centre Management Office, corner of Main St and The Promenade, Ellenbrook or from the Centre’s website www.theshopsatellenbrook.com
(c) These Terms may be varied from time to time by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
2 PROMOTER
The promoter is The Shops At Ellenbrook, corner of Main St and The Promenade, Ellenbrook (“Promoter”).
3 DURATION
The Competition commences on 9am, Monday 24th March 2014 and ends at 5pm on Sunday 20th April 2014.
4 ELIGIBILITY
(a) The Competition may be entered into by permanent residents of Western Australia who have completed an official The Shops At Ellenbrook (“Centre”) entry form, featured in the March ‘Serve It Up’ Direct Mail brochure.
(b) The following persons are ineligible to participate in the Competition and may not redeem any prizes:
(i) employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, associated sponsors and Participating Retailers and companies;
(ii) persons under the age of 18 years of age
(iii) a person who has won a prize valued at $10,000 or more in any competition run by the Promoter 6 months prior to the date of commencement of the Competition;

(iv) a person who is discovered to have used or attempted to use more than one name in entering the Competition;
(v) a person whose entry is incomplete, indecipherable or illegible or whose entry, in the sole opinion of the Promoter, includes any content which may be or is unlawful, profane, inflammatory, defamatory and/or damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promoter; and
(vi) a person who breaches any of these Terms.
5 METHOD OF ENTRY
(a) To enter:
(i) Entrants are required to complete an official, original entry form as found on the ‘Serve It Up’ Direct Mail brochure, distributed to homes from Saturday 22nd March 2014 and are available in centre at the Shops at Ellenbrook.
(ii) No spend is required to qualify or obtain an entry form.
(iii) Photocopies of receipts or entry forms are not permitted and will be disqualified
from entry into the Competition.
(iv) The entrant must complete all fields of the entry form including name, suburb, telephone number and email address and place the entry form in the barrel located in centre, in the Coles Market Hall mall.
(b) Multiple entries are not permitted, one entry per customer, for the duration of the promotion.
(c) The Promoter may rely on clause 4 even after the Promoter has awarded or appeared to have awarded the prize to a person or after a person is announced as a prize winner. The Promoter reserves its rights to require return of the prize or payment of its value to the Promoter if this occurs.
(e) If an entrant’s contact details change during the period of the Competition, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry must be directed to the Promoter.
6 PRIZE INCLUDES
(a) Two thousand dollars ($2,000) worth of vouchers to spend at any fresh food specialty store at the Shops at Ellenbrook.
(b) Fresh food specialty store includes Baker’s Delight, Brumby’s Cutting Edge Butchers, Ellenbrook Fresh, Goodlife, Lenards, Mardi Gras Patisserie and Seafood City. Vouchers cannot be redeemed at any other store.
(c) Voucher valid for 12 months from the date of issue, being Monday 21st April 2014. YXO:Terms&Conditions – Serve it Up $2,000 Competition MAR14

(d) Vouchers will be issued as two hundred (200) x ten (10) dollar vouchers.
(e) Each voucher entitles the bearer to $10 off at any Fresh Food specialty store at The
Shops at Ellenbrook as mentioned in section (6b).
(f) Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
(g) No responsibility is taken for lost or stolen vouchers.
(h) Each voucher is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, not redeemable for cash and no change will be issued.
7 PRIZE CONDITIONS
(a) The $2,000 voucher is only redeemable at the Fresh Food specialty stores at The Shops at Ellenbrook as per section (6b).
(b) The prize must be claimed by 5pm Friday 2nd May 2014 from The Shops At Ellenbrook, corner of Main St and The Promenade, Ellenbrook (“Promoter”).
(c) Prizes are not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash from the Promoter.
(d) The Promoter does not warrant the merchantability, suitability and/or fitness for
purpose of any goods or services awarded as a prize.
(e) Entrants and the prize winner acknowledge that the individual specialty stores may apply additional conditions to use of the prize, in addition to these Terms.
8 NOTIFICATION
All prize winner(s) will be notified by telephone only and name & suburb will be published via the Centre’s social media pages and website.
