Solargain – Win 1 of 7 prizes of 150,000 Qantas points each

Open to residents of Western Australia, Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and Australian Capital Territory only.
Applicable to the purchase of a solar PV system, battery, iStore and hot water system from Solargain between 15th March and 18th May 2022.
Customers will receive 1 entry for a quote. A quote is defined as a formal PDF with a quote number, providing a price and design for a solar system, battery and or hot water system. It excludes informal indicative pricing communications.
Customers will receive 10 entries for a successful referral. This requires the customer to have provided their Qantas Frequent Flyer details to Solargain during their purchase. The customer refers Solargain and the referred provides Solargain with the name of the referee during the quotation process. The referred then accepts the quote and proceeds with an order.
Customers will receive an entry per one hundred dollars spent for all orders made between the competition period for the valid products listed above (2).
IKEA sales which include these products are eligible to enter.
Employees of Qantas, IKEA and Solargain are ineligible to enter.
Winner will be drawn on 18th June 2022 using an excel spreadsheet and an independent third-party random digital selector.
At the time of the draw, entries for orders require the system to be installed and paid for.
There is no cost to enter the competition.
You must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member to enter the competition and your Frequent Flyer details must be provided prior to your installation occurring. A joining fee usually applies; however, Solargain customers can join for free here. This cost cannot be refunded should you decide to sign up via another medium or method.

The surname associated with the Qantas Frequent Flyer Membership number must match the surname listed on the customer’s quote.
There will be 7 divisions with each division winner to receive 150,000 (one hundred and fifty thousand) Qantas Points. The 7 divisions are based on the installation address falling into a region with each region having a winner. Those regions being WA – Perth metro, SA-Adelaide metro, NSW-Sydney metro, ACT, QLD- Brisbane Metro, VIC- Melbourne Metro, National – regional (being any regional installation address outside the metro area’s aforementioned. The maximum notional value of the Major Prize of 150,000 Qantas Points is AU$2,774 based on the Qantas Frequent Flyer redemption of 55,200 Qantas Points for a one-way Economy Classic Flight Reward from Sydney to London (Heathrow) plus AU$264 in applicable taxes, fees and carrier charges, accurate as at 14th February 2022. The dollar fare for an equivalent flight totals AU$1,285 including taxes, fees and carrier charges.
TOTAL PRIZE POOL NOTIONAL VALUE: AU$19,421. Prize value is correct as at the date of printing. The Promoter, Solargain, and the Prize Supplier accept no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate date on which the prize is taken.
Classic Flight Rewards are available on Qantas, Jetstar and partner airlines. Classic Flight Reward seats are subject to capacity controls, availability is limited and some flights may not have any Classic Flight Rewards available. The Qantas Points, taxes, fees and carrier charges stated are accurate as at 1 March 2022 but may vary at the time of booking. The estimate of the maximum notional value of each prize [the Prize] is provided for information purposes only. The maximum notional value of each prize [the Prize] will vary depending on whether and how it is redeemed by a winner through the Qantas Frequent Flyer program. The Promoters accepts no responsibility for any variation in the maximum notional value of each prize [the Prize].
In the event that a Prize is redeemed for Reward travel, the winners should be aware that the number of Reward flight seats available is limited and availability depends on the flight, date, season and destination and some flights may not have any Reward seats available. The winners will be responsible for all applicable taxes, fees and carrier charges of Reward travel or accommodation booked by redeeming their prize. Taxes, fees and carrier charges vary depending on departure points, routes, exchange rates and dates of travel, are subject to change without notice and are quoted at the time of booking. Reward flights must be booked at least 24 hours before scheduled departure (and other advance booking requirements may apply). Reward travel is subject to the fare rules and the Conditions of Carriage of the relevant carrier. Compliance with immigration, health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the winner.
The winners will be contacted in writing via email and post within two days of the draw. The winner will be announced on our digital platforms including the Solargain Facebook, Solargain Twitter, Solargain Instagram and Solargain website www.solargain.com.au. It will remain published for a minimum of 3 months (90 days).
In accepting the prize, the winner agrees to being named on our advertising platforms and agrees to participate in and cooperate with any editorial activities relating to the competition which may include being interviewed or photographed.
We will not use entrants’ information except in accordance with the purposes stated in the conditions of entry.
There is no cost in claiming your prize.
An entrant is not required to be present at the drawing of the competition to be eligible to win the prize. The prize will be drawn digitally using a third-party independent platform on 18th June 2022.
Entry to the competition is forfeited on cancelled orders.
Qantas Points may take up to 28 days to reach your Qantas account.
Only individuals (not businesses) are eligible to earn Qantas Points. Qantas Points cannot be linked to any company, firm or organisation rewards membership.
Supply and installation are subject to Solargain’s Terms and Conditions of Trading.
