1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry to the competition commences 7am AEST Saturday 26th
December 2020 and finishes
5pm AEST Saturday 30th
January 2021.
3. Entry is open to Australian residents of 18 years of age or older. Employees of Shingle Inn
Franchising Pty Ltd (The Promoter) and T&B Parhar PTY LTD ATF and Nepaluluru PTY LTD are
ineligible to enter.
4. To enter the competition customers must make a purchase of at least $15, including a meal
item and complete the entry form.
5. Competition is only available at Shingle Inn Knox and Shingle Inn Belmont Forum.
6. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
7. Multiple entries are permitted. Customers can enter as many times as they like during the
promotional period using the above method.
8. At the end of the promotional period, 1 entry ticket will be drawn at Shingle Inn Knox and 1
entry ticket will be drawn at Shingle Inn Belmont Forum on Monday 1st
February 2021 and
each winner will receive a Gift Card valued at $100. All outstanding tickets will be returned
to the Shingle Inn Franchising Office, Suite 4, 23 Breene Place, Morningside QLD 4170,
Australia.
9. The winners will be notified by phone or email on Monday 1st
February 2021 that they have
won the prize.
10. The winners will need to come in-store to collect their prize within 3 weeks of being notified.
11. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry
process.
12. The promoter does not accept responsibility for late, lost, misdirected entries or entries sent
but not received by the Promoter. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will
be entered into. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter.
13. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the
right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written
directions from a relevant authority.
