Red Rooster – Christmas in July – Win a major prize of a $10,000 cash OR 1 of 10 minor prizes

COMPETITION PERIOD:
12.01am (AEST) on 07/07/2022 to 11.59pm (AEST) on 04/08/2022.

QUALIFYING PURCHASE:

Minimum $5 spend, in one transaction, on any purchase at Red Rooster including in restaurant, drive-thru, delivery purchases made via Red Rooster App (available for download via Google or the App Store) or online at www.orders.redrooster.com.au including Click & Collect orders. Purchases made via any other third party delivery apps (for example, but not limited to, UberEats, Deliveroo, Doordash or Menulog) are excluded and will not be eligible for entry into this competition.

ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS:

To enter, you must, during the Competition Period:

(a) sign up (if you haven’t already) to become a Red Royalty Member or sign up to create a Red Royalty membership account;

(b) make a Qualifying Purchase using your Red Royalty account at the same time by either (and depending on purchase method):

i. presenting your Red Rooster Royal Rewards member number to restaurant/drive-thru staff at the time of purchase; or
ii. being logged into your Red Royalty account (online or via the Red Rooster App – excludes all other third party delivery Apps) at the time of purchase, to receive one (1) automatic entry into the draw.

You must be a Red Royalty Member during the Competition Period and at the time of making your Qualifying Purchase to qualify for entry.

The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting an entry.

HOW MANY WINNERS WILL THERE BE AND HOW WILL THEY BE CHOSEN?

There will be 11 winners determined in respect of this competition – 10 minor winners and 1 major winner.

There will be 1 draw conducted.

The draw will be held at 1pm (AEST) on 08/08/2022 at Handling Matters, Unit 40/1-5 Thew Parade, Cromer NSW 2099 (Handling Matters).

The first valid entry drawn randomly from the entries received during the Competition Period will win the major prize. The next 10 valid entries randomly drawn will each win a minor prize.

The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in a draw and record them in order, in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid or a prize is unclaimed (Reserve Entrants).

WHAT CAN I WIN?

There are 11 prizes available – 10 minor prizes and 1 major prize.

MINOR PRIZES
Each minor prize is a Red Rooster pack valued at $339.80 and includes 1x Reds Xmas sweater ($80), 1x Reds beach towel in white ($34.95), 1x Red Rooster budgie smugglers ($39.95), 1x Reds vintage cooler box ($149.95), 1x Reds slides/slippers ($34.95). Sizes of apparel items are as determined by the Promoter.

There is a limit of one minor prize per household (except for SA residents).

MAJOR PRIZE:
The major prize is the winner’s choice of either $10,000 cash transferred to their nominated bank account, or a 5 seat Fisher 5D Spa (hot tub) valued at $10,000 and up to a maximum of $5,000 allowance to go towards costs for delivery and installation/connection (including any council permit/s that may be required) which will be arranged/managed by the Promoter’s representative/agent (who will appoint, in its absolute discretion, a fully qualified plumber and electrician to carry out the installation and connection). The major prize winner will not be able to choose/appoint their preferred electrician/plumber to install/connect the hot tub. Any costs incurred for delivery and installation/connection that exceeds the $5,000 allowance will not be covered by the Promoter, and any such costs must be borne by the major prize winner. Likewise if the costs for delivery/installation/connection amount to less than $5,000, the balance of the allowance will be forfeited and will not be provided to the winner.

If you select the hot tub as your major prize:

• The hot tub is only for use on private property. If you are a tenant, you must seek approval from your landlord to have the hot tub installed at the leased property.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations to use/install the hot tub at your property.
• You are responsible for all other unspecified costs associated with ongoing use of the major prize once delivered and installed, for example but not limited to, any fencing (if required), water filling/refiling, cleaning/filtration, servicing/maintenance, insurance etc.

DELIVERY/AVAILABILITY OF A PRIZE MAY BE DELAYED DUE TO COVID-19 RELATED ISSUES/RESTRICTIONS (for example, but not limited to, manufacturing delays, supply chain issues, government restrictions/orders and national/state/overseas border closures). If delivery/availability is delayed, the Promoter will keep the winner informed and updated as to when they can expect to receive the prize.

TOTAL PRIZE POOL:

The minor prize pool is $3,398.
The major prize pool is up to $15,000.
The total prize pool is up to $18,398.

HOW MANY TIMES CAN I ENTER?

You can enter multiple times, however each entry must be based on a separate Qualifying Purchase. Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

HOW AND WHEN WILL THE WINNER/S BE INFORMED?

Winners will be notified by phone and email within two business days of determination and will also have their name and state/territory of residence published at https://www.redrooster.com.au/christmas-in-july-winners/ on 12/08/2022 for a period of 28 days.
