Pet Circle – Win 1 of 5 major prizes valued at $3,500 each in Big4 gift card and Visa card OR 1 of 40 weekly prizes
Competition Period:
12.01am (AEST) on 01/09/2021 to 11.59pm (AEDT) on 26/10/2021.
Qualifying Purchase:
Any 3kg, 7.5kg or 15kg bag of EukanubaTM Dry Dog food.
How To Enter:
To enter, you must, during the Competition Period:
(a) make a Qualifying Purchase from a Store and collect your itemised purchase receipt;
(b) visit the Website, locate the entry page and fill out and submit the online entry form, including by uploading an image of the Qualifying Purchase receipt and providing all other requested information.
For the purpose of the major prizes, entries will be separated into one of five groups, in accordance with their residential address, as follows:
• VIC/TAS
• NSW/ACT;
• SA/NT;
• WA; and
• QLD,
(each, a State Group).
Your purchase receipt must clearly identify where the Qualifying Purchase was made, the product/s purchased (which must be/comprise a Qualifying Purchase) and the date of purchase (which must be during the Competition Period before you submitted your entry).
The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting an entry, including having the requisite photograph capability.
How many winners will there be and how will they be chosen?
There will be 45 winners determined in respect of this competition – 40 weekly winners (5 per week) and 5 major winners (1 per State Group).
Weekly draws:
There will be 8 weekly draws conducted.
The weekly draws will be held at 12pm (AEST/AEDT, as relevant) at Blackhawk Network, Level 1, 534 Church Street, Cremorne VIC 3121 (Blackhawk Network), on each of 08/09/2021, 15/09/2021, 22/09/2021, 29/09/2021, 06/10/2021, 13/10/2021, 20/10/2021 and 27/10/2021.
The first 5 valid entries drawn randomly in each weekly draw from the entries received up to 11.59pm (AEST/AEDT, as relevant) on the day prior to the relevant draw (excluding previous winning weekly entries) will win a weekly prize.
Major draws:
There will be 5 major draws conducted – 1 per State Group.
The major draws will be held at 12.30pm (AEDT) on 27/10/2021 at Blackhawk Network.
The first valid entry drawn randomly in each major draw from the entries in respect of the relevant State Group (including any weekly prize winners) will win the major prize for that State Group.
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in a draw and record them in order, in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid or a prize is unclaimed (Reserve Entrants).
What can I win?
There are 45 prizes available – 40 weekly prize winners and 5 major prize winners. Each weekly prize is a $500 Big4 Gift Card.
Each major prize is valued at $3,500 and consists of:
• a $2,000 Big4 Gift Card; and
• a $1,500 Visa Card.
There is a limit of one weekly prize and one major prize per household (except for SA residents).
Total prize pool
The total weekly prize pool is $20,000.
The total major prize pool in each State Group is $3,500. The total prize pool in each State/Territory is up to $23,500. The overall total prize pool is $37,500.
How many times can I enter?
You can enter multiple times, provided you only enter once per Qualifying Purchase. Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
How and when will the winner/s be informed?
Winners will be notified by phone and in writing within two days of determination and will have their name and state/territory of residence published on the Website on 29/10/2021 for a period of 28 days.
Proof of purchase:
You must keep the following as proof of purchase for all entries:
• original itemised purchase receipt(s).
If you don’t produce the above proof of purchase for all entries when asked the Promoter may disqualify all of your entries and you will lose any right to a prize.
Proof of purchase must be identical to that provided by you with your entry.
If, in the Promoter’s opinion, you have shared any proof of purchase with another person, your entries will be invalid and you will lose any right to a prize.
Unclaimed prize/s
Prize claim date: 5pm (AEDT) on 27/01/2022.
Unclaimed prize determination: 1pm (AEDT) on 28/01/2022 at Blackhawk Network.
If a prize has not been accepted or claimed by the prize claim date above or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can’t contact a winner (or a winner does not contact the Promoter) by the prize claim date above, the relevant entry/ies will be discarded and the Promoter will re-award the relevant prize/s to Reserve Entrant/s and/or carry out unclaimed prize draw/s (as relevant to the prize) at the date, time and place stated above to randomly distribute the prize/s. Any winner/s will be informed by phone and in writing within two days of determination and will also have their name and state/territory of residence published on the Website on 31/01/2022 for a period of 28 days.
If any prize remains un-won at the end of this competition, or if a prize winner cannot be found, that information will be published on the Website on 28/02/2022.
