NAB’s Win a Trip to New York Promotion – Conditions of Entry

1. Information on how to enter the Promotion forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entries not made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified. By entering, entrants accept these conditions.

2. The Promotion commences at12:00am on 16 June 2014 and closes at 11.59 pm on 31 July 2014 (“Promotion Period”). All times recorded throughout these Terms and Conditions are in Australian Eastern Standard Time.

3. The Promoter is National Australia Financial Management LimitedABN 56 000 176 116 (NAFM) of 105-153 Miller Street, North Sydney, NSW, 2060.

4. Entry into the competition is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who purchase and are issuedanew NAB Car Insurance, NAB Home Insurance, NAB Home Insurance Essentials or NAB Residential Investor Insurance policy(“Eligible Policies”) during the Promotion Period. Employees, directors, and immediate family of Allianz Australia Insurance Limited ABN 15 000 122 850 AFSL 234708 (Allianz), National Australia Bank Limited ABN 12 004 044 937 AFSL and Australian Credit Licence 230686 (NAB),NAFM and of their related bodies corporateor agencies or service providers involved in the running of this competition are ineligible to enter the competition.The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of each entry and to disqualify any person fortampering with the entry process. Further, any contact details provided incorrectly over the telephone or online may be deemed by the Promoter as an invalid entry.

5. Entry into the competition is automatic when an entrant is issued a new Eligible Policy during the Promotion Period.The policyowner shall receive one (1) entry into the Promotion per Eligible Policy purchased during the Promotion Period. To be eligible to enter the draw, the entrant’s Eligible Policy must be valid, and must not have lapsed or must not have been cancelled, at the date of the draw

6. A representative of the Promoter will conduct a random draw of allentries. There will be one (1) major prize and three (3) runner-up prizesawarded in this competition. The first valid entry drawn will be the winner of the major prize. The next three (3) valid entries drawn will each be the winner of a runner-up prize. The Prize Winnerswill be electronically selected at random from a computer-generatedlisting of entries submitted over the Promotion Period.

7. The draw will take place at 2 pm on 8August 2014 at Salmat Digital, Level 2, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney NSW 2060. The Prize Winners will be notified in writing (email or mail) and by telephone of their win and how to claim the prize by 11August2014 and their name will be published in The Australian newspaper on 29August 2014. The prize will be sent via email or courier (where applicable) or any other method agreed with the Prize Winner.

8. The prizes are as follows:

(a) The major prize consists of one (1) trip to New York for two (2) people, including the following:

I. Return economy class airfares,departingfrom one (1) metropolitan Australian city to New York during the period1 October2014 – 30 June2015 and returning in that period. Valued at AUD$7,000;

II. A maximum of ten (10)nights’Accommodation (twin share or double)at least in afour star hotel in New York valued at AUD$7,200;

III. Airport transfer to and from Prize Winner’s residential address to nearest Australian international airport valued at AUD$400. If the prize winner lives in a rural area or the departure Australian international airport is in a state or territory different to their residential address then the Prize Winner may be required to make and fund their own way to and from that departure international airport; and

IV. Airport transfer to and from New York airport and hotel in New York valued at AUD$400

(b) Three (3) runner-up prizes, each consists of one (1) Flight Centre travel voucher valued at AUD$1,000.

9. Total prizesvalued atAUD$18,000 as at 14/05/2014. The total value of the prizes to be awarded during the Promotion is valued at AUD$18,000.

10. Prize values are based upon the recommended retail prices at the time of printing

11. If a Prize Winner wishes to claim their prize, thePrize Winner must confirm this factin writing by 5pmon 13August 2014. If the prize winner fails to do this by the deadline, that Prize Winner will be deemed to have forfeited the Prize.

12. In the event that any Prize Winner forfeits the prize or a prize remains unclaimed, the Promoter will conduct tworedraws, following the same procedure as the original draws. The redraws will take place at 2pm on 14November2014 at the same place as the original draw. The name of the Prize Winner from any redraw will be notified in writing and must accept in writing by 5pm 21November 2014 and will be published in The Australian newspaper on 28November 2014. In the event that this redrawn Prize Winner is not eligible, the Promoter will conduct a redraw until the prize is awarded (subject to any further regulatory directions).

13. The prizes are not exchangeable, cannot be taken as cash.A prize may be transferred to the immediate family member of thePrize Winner of the prize, but cannot be transferred to other persons.If a prize or receipt of it incurs a tax liability, the relevant Prize Winner is liable for payment ofsuch tax. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the promoter is final and binding and no correspondence willbe entered into. In the event that any Prize is unavailable for any reason at any time, subject to State Legislation the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that Prize with another prize of equal or greater value and the Prize Winner will be notified accordingly.

14. Where a prize consists of travel the major Prize Winner’s Eligible Policy must be valid, and must not have lapsed or must not have been cancelled at the date of travel, travel may be restricted to a period other than peak periods and must be booked and completed in accordance with any terms prescribed by the Promoter and/or the travel arranger. Flights are subject to availability, flight schedules and departure and arrival points. Prize Winner and any travel companion must travel together on the same flights, and must travel together on airport transfers, and are responsible for all other costs associated with the prize including but not limited to meals, taxes, travel insurance and other ancillary costs. If the prize involves overseas travel, winners and any travel companions are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary documents such as valid passports and visas, should consult their medical practitioner and check travel warnings with the relevant authorities (e.g. DFAT) prior to travel. The Promoter and its related bodies corporate are not responsible for any cancellation, delay or rescheduling of travel or any costs incurred by the winner and any travel companion as a result.

15. To the fullest extent permissible by law, each entrant in the Promotion including without limitationthe Prize Winner, releases the Promoters from any claim, loss, damage, expense (including any claim for legalexpenses), cost or charge sustained or in any way incurred by such entrant in connection with the prize or theirparticipation in the Promotion. The Promoter, their related bodies corporate, officers, employees and agentswill not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect,consequential or economic loss) suffered or sustained (whether or not due to the negligence of any person)in connection with this competition, the promotion ofthis competition, or the use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law(and if so, that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). Further, tothe fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any problems or technical malfunction ofany telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software,technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website, or any unauthorised intervention, or anycombination thereof, including any non-delivery or corruption of entries to the Promoter, injury or damage toparticipants’ or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading anymaterials in this competition. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronicmeans that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submittedby that entrant invalid.

16. By entering this Promotion, unless otherwise advised by the entrant, each entrantconsents to the retention and use of his/her information by the Promoter and its related bodies corporate. In consideration for awarding a prize to aPrize Winner, PrizeWinners agree to participate in any promotional activity regarding winning the prize and consent to their name and image being used in promotional material without payment. Uses may include future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant, or distribution of marketing materials for goods or services in the finance and insurance industries from the Promoter or its related bodies corporate. The personal information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter, and may be disclosed to its agents, solely to conduct the competition and distribute the Prize. 17. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion is affected for any reason, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, change or suspend the competition. The Promoter may disqualify any individual who tampers (or benefits from the tampering) with the entry process or the conduct of the competition or who has, in the Promoter’s opinion, engaged in conduct which is fraudulent, misleading or generally damaging to the reputation of the Promoter and/or its related body corporates. NAB or has breached these Conditions of Entry.

18. These insurance policies are arranged by the insurer’s agent NationalAustralia Financial Management Limited ABN 56 000 176116 AFSL 230699, a related body corporate of NationalAustralia Bank Limited ABN 12 004 044 937. Eligible Policiesdonot represent a deposit with, or a liability of, or is notguaranteed by either NAB or any of its related bodiescorporate, including National Australia FinancialManagement Limited.
