Competition Period: 12.01am (AEST) on 09/05/2022 to 11.59pm (AEST) on 18/07/2022.

The competition will run in participating Coles stores (including Coles Express, Coles Local and Coles online) (Stores) in Australia.

For the avoidance of doubt, warehouses servicing Coles online are considered Store/s, for the purpose of this competition.

Qualifying Purchase:

A specially marked CADBURY DAIRY MILK, CADBURY CARAMILK or OLD GOLD block (from the list below) from a participating Store:

CADBURY DAIRY MILK MILK CHOCOLATE 180g or 360g
CADBURY DAIRY MILK CARAMELLO 180g
CADBURY DAIRY MILK TOP DECK 180g
CADBURY DAIRY MILK HAZELNUT 180g

For the avoidance of doubt, a Qualifying Purchase can only be made during the Competition Period.

You must, during the Competition Period:

make a Qualifying Purchase from a Store and collect your itemised purchase receipt;
open the packaging of the Qualifying Purchase product to see if a promotional winning ticket is inside (and, if so, this is a Winning Ticket); and
if you have a Winning Ticket, follow the instructions outlined below to claim your instant prize and be entered into the major prize draw; or
if you do not have a Winning Ticket, visit the Website, locate the entry page and fill out and submit the entry form in accordance with the instructions provided, including by uploading an image of the Qualifying Purchase receipt and providing all other requested information to enter the major prize draw.
If your Qualifying Purchase has a Winning Ticket, you must, by 11.59pm (AEDT) on 25/10/2022 (Claim Date), visit the Website, locate the claim page and fill out and submit the online claim form in accordance with the instructions provided, including by providing the unique code on the Winning Ticket, uploading an image of the Qualifying Purchase receipt, uploading an image of the Winning Ticket, uploading an image of the back of the Qualifying Purchase pack showing the batch code and product barcode (as shown on the claim form), and providing all other requested information to claim your instant prize. Winners will be required to provide details of a valid Australian bank account in order to claim their instant prize. If a winner fails to provide the required bank account details they will forfeit their instant prize and no substitute prize will be offered. After the Claim Date, Winning Tickets will be void and cannot be used to claim an instant prize.

Your purchase receipt must clearly identify which Store the Qualifying Purchase was made, the product/s purchased (which must be a Qualifying Purchase) and the date of purchase (which must be during the Competition Period before you submitted your claim/entry). If you have a Winning Ticket, the purchase receipt must match the Promoter’s records in terms of where a Qualifying Purchase containing a Winning Ticket was available at that time. The Winning Ticket must be a genuine Winning Ticket and must clearly show the unique code as specified on the claim form.

The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting a claim/entry, including having the requisite photograph capability.

All instant prize claims will be verified by the Promoter (Verification).

If you do not have a Winning Ticket and choose to enter the major prize draw, you will also be automatically entered into the second chance draw.

For the avoidance of doubt, if you submit your claim outside of the Competition Period, you will not receive entry into the major prize draw.
