Entry is only open to Australian residents (excluding TAS) aged 18 years or over.
The promotion will be conducted in each Participating Outlet from 12/02/20 until 11:59pm AEDT on 10/03/20, or until prizes are exhausted in that Participating Outlet, whichever is the first to occur.
How to Enter
6. To enter individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
Spend $50 or more in a single transaction at any Participating Outlet during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Transaction”).
At the time of making their Qualifying Transaction, the individual will be handed a scratch card by a member of staff, whilst stock of scratch cards last (excluding certain WA and NT Participating Outlets, see below). In the event that a scratch card is not automatically provided, it is the individual’s responsibility to request one. Individuals must also ensure they obtain a purchase receipt for their transaction.
Individual must then scratch their scratch card to immediately reveal whether or not they have won an instant win prize. Individuals will also become eligible to enter the major prize draw and be provided with details on how to enter via the Bottlemart or SipnSave app and website for the chance to win the major prize.
Certain Participating Outlets in WA and NT will not have scratch cards but instead award prizes on a “first entries received” basis. To claim a prize individuals must be one of the first 83, 128 or 174 (depending on the size of the Participating Outlet, see below for details) entrants to make a Qualifying Transaction at that Participating Outlet during the Promotional Period. The prizes will be awarded in descending order of value. Individuals will also become eligible to enter the major prize draw.
To enter the major prize draw, eligible entrants can enter via two (2) methods:
(1) Download the Bottlemart or SipnSave App (available from App Store or Google Play) and follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details (including full name, address, valid email address, contact phone number and upload a photo of the transaction receipt) and submit the fully completed entry form during the Promotional Period.
(2) Visit http://www.bottlemart.com.au (for Qualifying Transactions made at Bottlemart) or http://www.sipnsave.com.au (for Qualifying Transactions made at SipnSave) and follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details (including full name, address, valid email address, contact phone number and upload a photo of the transaction receipt) and submit the fully completed entry form during the Promotional Period.
7. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
