Pay by Laybuy before 11:59pm, 31 March 2022 and go in the draw to win 1 of many prizes from Laybuy or several partner retailers. This competition is restricted to NZ and AU residents only, over 18 years old with a valid Laybuy account only.
You will be automatically entered into this promotion by making a purchase with Laybuy with any of our Laybuy enabled merchants (Laybuy prize). You will also be automatically entered into this promotion by making a purchase with Laybuy with each respective partner merchant for their individual merchant prizes. By paying by Laybuy within the promotional period, you are deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions as a condition of entry. Entrants give permission for Laybuy to use their account details to contact them to administer the prize, as well as permission to announce their name (should they win) as the winner on Laybuy’s channels, which may include but is not limited to social, eDM, print, website. One valid Laybuy purchase is considered an entry into this competition, and multiple purchases are not considered to be multiple entries into this competition.
Each winner in New Zealand and/or Australia will be selected by random draw within 2 weeks of the closing date at Laybuy Holdings Limited HQ and contacted via the email address linked to the Laybuy account the winning purchase was made with. If the winner does not reply to the email within 5 working days, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected, and such draw will take place at the same time and place as the original draw (subject to the directions of any regulatory authority). Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be refunded, transferred or exchanged. The prize details are below for both Laybuy offered prize, and individual merchant prizes.
