HOW TO ENTER
To enter simply purchase a pair of homyped® Shoes and you could win one of six $500 shopping centre vouchers for a Mother’s Day competition.

2. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. By entering this competition, entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these Conditions of Entry.
3. The “Mother’s Day” prize consists of six $500 vouchers for any shopping centre of the winners choice, totaling $3000 AUD to be given away to one person from each region in Australia. Including: VIC, NSW/ACT, QLD, SA/NT, WA and TAS.
4. Entry is open to all permanent Australian residents who are over the age of 18, excluding the directors, management and employees (and all their immediate families) of the promoter and associated agencies.
5. Homyped’s ‘Mother’s Day” competition commences on 27th April 2014 and continues until 11:59pm (AEDT) 11th May 2014(Competition Period).
6. To be eligible participants are required to purchase one pair of full-price homyped Shoes (including boots and slippers) from an authorized homyped Stockist or from online via the homyped website at www.homyped.com.au. Excluding homyped Clearance Stores. Participants must complete an entry form on the homyped website www.homyped.com.au.
All eligible entries must be entered by 11:59PM (AEDT) on 11th of May 2014.
No late entries will be accepted.
7. All entries must contain: name, contact details including telephone number, residential address, postcode, email, style name of homyped Shoe/s purchased, name of store where purchased or online and date of purchase.
8. One entry per each eligible transaction.
9. No liability will be accepted for late, delayed or misdirected entries.
10. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
11. Prizes are exchangeable or transferable by name.
12. The draw will be conducted and take place at Michaelis Bayley Holdings Pty. Ltd. 145 Boundary Road, North Melbourne, Victoria 3051 on Monday 19th of May 2014 at 12pm (AEDT). Entries will be randomly drawn at the Michaelis Bayley offices. There will be 6 separate draws for the ‘Mother’s Day’ competition. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Winners will be notified by telephone and confirmed in writing via email within 2 days of the draw. A public notices will be put in The Australian newspaper on Monday 26th May 2014 announcing the winners as well as on the homyped Facebook page. The prize will be notified by letter and will be delivered to the address provided by the entrant, or by prior arrangement within 40 days.
