Godfreys – Win 1 of 3 Ecovacs Deebot Omni Robot Vacuum & Mops
The Competition commences at 12:01am AEST on 1 July 2022 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 25 July 2022 (“Competition Period”).
The Competition will be drawn at 11:00am AEST on 8 August 2022 at Brandon Office Park, Building 3, First Floor 530-540 Springvale Road, Glen Waverley VIC 3150 (“Draw Date”).
Eligibility
The Competition is open to any Godfreys customer who:
1. is an Australian resident and over the age of 18; and
2. has made a purchase during the Competition Period:
a. at any Godfreys Store located in Australia; or
b. online via the Godfreys website (https://www.godfreys.com.au).
(“Eligible Participant”).
An employee of Godfreys or any entity associated with the conduct of this Competition or an immediate family member of an employee of Godfreys or any other entity associated with the conduct of this Competition will not be an Eligible Participant. Immediate family member includes, but is not limited to, spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child, parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or immediate first cousin.
How to Enter:
This Competition is a game of Chance. To enter the Competition, you must:
1. be an Eligible Participant;
2. elect to enter the Competition by completing the online entry form reached via link (www.godfreys.com.au/campaigns/90th-birthday-celebration) or QR code (“Entry Form”); and
3. provide your first name, last name, mobile number, email address and any other information required by the Entry Form (“Identifying Information”).
An Eligible Participant will be entered into the Giveaway upon the receipt of the Entry Form by Godfreys, provided the submitted Entry Form contains all necessary details including the Identifying Information.
An Eligible Participant receives one (1) entry into the Competition for completing the Entry Form (“Entry”). A submission of multiple Entry Forms will not grant an Eligible Participant any additional entries into the Competition. For the avoidance of doubt, each Eligible Participant will have only one (1) valid Entry into the Competition and each Eligible Participant will have an equal chance of winning the Giveaway.
There is no limit on the number of Eligible Participants that can participate in the Competition.
Validity of Entries:
Godfreys reserves the right to verify the validity of Eligible Participants (including their identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Eligible Participant who Godfreys has reason to believe has breached any of these terms, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct which may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Competition. Errors and omissions may be accepted and rectified at Godfreys’ discretion. Failure by Godfreys to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Godfreys’ legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such a participant are reserved.
Prize:
The total value of the prize pool is $7,497. A total of three (3) prizes are available. The prizes are three (3) Ecovacs DEEBOT X1 OMNI Robot Vacuum & Mops with a total recommended retail price of $2,499 per prize (each Ecovacs DEEBOT X1 OMNI Robot Vacuum & Mop is defined as a “Prize”).
Godfreys will contact each Winner within five (5) business days of the Draw Date to arrange the most effective method to provide each Winner with a Prize.
A Prize may not be transferred or exchanged.
In the event a Prize is not collected by a Winner within 60 days of that Winner being notified of their entitlement to a Prize, that Prize will be forfeited and Godfreys will award the Prize to the Reserve Winner (see below).
If the Prize (or any part thereof) is unavailable, Godfreys in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that part thereof) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
