FSW Back to School Competition Terms and Conditions
1. The competition is conducted by: Salcedo Holdings Pty Ltd (trading as FSW Shoe Warehouse), ABN 57008585206 whose registered office is at 3-4/2 Dacre Street Mitchell ACT 2911, Ph: 02 62429544.
2. Employees of FSW Shoe Warehouse or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
3. Entry to the competition is free and is only open to entrants who are 16 years or over.
4. The competition commences 9am (AEST) Wednesday 01/01/2014 and ends 5pm (AEST) Sunday 09/02/2014. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
5. To enter the competition participants must purchase an item from the FSW school shoe category and on doing so complete and submit an entry form available at all FSW Shoe Warehouse retail outlets or online at www.fswshoes.com.au
6. Each winner will receive one Giant mountain bike in their choice of either the women’s model Enchant or men’s model Boulder to the value of $429.00AUD. 6 winners will be drawn in total; three in NSW, two in the ACT and 1 website (national). Delivery of the prize to the winner will be paid for and arranged by FSW Shoe Warehouse to the address supplied by the winner on the valid winning entry form.
7. All valid entries will go into a random draw which will take place at 10am (AEST) Monday 17/02/2014 at 3-4/2 Dacre Street Mitchell ACT 2911. The first 6 valid entries (three from NSW, two from the ACT and one from the website) drawn will win.
8. To claim the prize winners must provide FSW Shoe Warehouse with proof of purchase relating to the Back to School Competition entry by either a receipt or bank statement.
9. The winner will be notified by email and at www.fswshoes.com.au within 14 days of the competition end date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 months of notification, FSW Shoe Warehouse reserves the right to withdraw the prize and draw a replacement winner. The redraw will take place at 10am (AEST) Tuesday 03/06/2014 at 3-4/2 Dacre Street Mitchell ACT 2911. The winner will be notified by email and at www.fswshoes.com.au within 14 days of the redraw date.
10. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-replaceable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
11. FSW Shoe Warehouse shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. If this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of FSW Shoe Warehouse, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, FSW Shoe Warehouse reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to cancel the competition or to disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process.
13. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
