PROMOTER
The Promoter is Castle Hill Autos No 1 trading as Castle Hill Holden (ABN 25 148 096 244) 2A Victoria Avenue, Castle Hill NSW 2154 (“the Promoter”). The promotion period commences at 8:30am AEDT on Tuesday 1st April, 2014 and closes at 5:30pm EST on Monday 30th June, 2014.
2. WHO MAY ENTER
Entry is only open to Australian residents who fulfil the entry requirements (as outlined in section 4). Employees, directors, management, licensees and contractors of the Promoter or its related bodies and Advertising Agencies are ineligible to enter. National fleet, rental and government purchasers are also ineligible to enter.
3. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions and any Special Terms and Conditions appearing on the website specific to the particular competition.
4. LIMITATIONS ON ENTRY
To enter the promotion entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
a) Purchase a new, used or demonstrator vehicle from Castle Hill Holden between 8:30am EST on Tuesday 1st April, 2014 and 5:30pm EST on Monday 30th June, 2014;
b) Fill out an entry form; and
c) Take delivery of their purchase by Friday 4th July, 2014.
Castle Hill Holden takes no responsibility for vehicles that are ordered, but cannot be delivered by 4th July, 2014 due to circumstances which are out of Castle Hill Holden’s control.
Only one (1) entry is permitted per customer per vehicle purchased within the Promotional Period. Multiple entries by the same customer are permitted only if multiple vehicles are purchased by that customer within the Promotional period. The number of entries accepted is based on the number of vehicles purchased (ie. Two (2) vehicles purchased by the same customer allows that customer to have two (2) entries into the draw). Entrants automatically forfeit their entry if the contract on their vehicle purchase is cancelled. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are entered in the competition and they must physically put the entry into the barrel.
5. HOW TO ENTER AND SELECTION OF WINNERS
This competition is a game of chance. Entrants must have purchased a new, demonstrator or used vehicle from Castle Hill Holden’s dealership between 8:30am EST on Tuesday 1st April, 2014 and 5:30pm EST on Monday 30th June, 2014 and must take delivery of the vehicle by Friday 4th July, 2014. The draw will take place at Castle Hill Holden, 2A Victoria Avenue, Castle Hill NSW 2154 on Saturday July 5th, 2014 at 12 noon. If the draw date changes for any reason, entrants will be informed in writing.
To be eligible to win, entrants must be present at the Castle Hill Holden dealership on the day of the draw, provide photo identification, proof of purchase and proof of vehicle delivery. Valid entries will be put in a barrel and the winners will be drawn out at random. Three entries will be randomly drawn from the barrel. The first three valid entries as randomly drawn from the barrel will each win a Caltex fuel card valued at $5,200. In the event that the first entries drawn are not deemed eligible to win (due to false, incorrect details or incomplete details, or not fulfilling the entry requirements as outlined in section 4) a second entry form will be pulled out. This will continue until all three winning entries are drawn.
6. PRIZES
The prize is three (3) x Caltex fuel cards each valued at AU$5,200. Value of the year’s supply is based on $100 per week for 52 weeks. The total prize pool will be AU$15,600
