Budget Direct – Win 1 of 30 e-gift cards valued at $1,000 each
The Promotion commences at 12.01am (AEST) on 8th December 2021 and concludes at 11.59pm (AEST) on 2nd February 2022 (AEST) (Promotion Period). Despite the Promotion Period, the Promoter may elect to cease the Promotion at any time in its sole discretion.
Entry into the Promotion and any offer of Budget Direct Roadside Assistance membership is subject to the Promotor agreeing to a customer’s new Membership.
Information on how to enter and mechanics of entry and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other published material, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
Eligibility and Participation
Customers must meet the following criteria to participate in the Promotion (Eligible Entrants):
be an Australian resident aged 16 or over at time of entry;
not be an officer or employee of the Promoter, its related entities or agents and service providers directly associated with the conduct of the Promotion, or their immediate family;
ensure the new Membership remains active and valid for a period not less than 21 days from the purchase date of the Membership (Cooling-Off Period);
ensure the new Membership remains active and valid until the Draw Date or Unclaimed Prize Draw Date, as is relevant;
provide a valid email address; and
during the Promotion Period a customer purchases a 1-year Membership through the Budget Direct website, not customers renewing their Membership (Eligible Membership). For avoidance of doubt customers who purchase memberships for less than 1 year are not eligible.
Customers of Budget Direct who purchase a new Membership via third party aggregation platforms such as Compare the Market or iSelect are ineligible to participate in the Promotion.
Eligible Entrants will be awarded a maximum of one (1) entry into the Promotion per Eligible Membership purchased during the Promotion Period. Additional entries will be awarded for multiple Eligible Membership purchases.
The Promoter reserves the right to request that an Eligible Entrants provide supporting documentary evidence of their identity (e.g. driver’s licence, passport, birth certificate) and if an Eligible Entrant fails to do so they will be ineligible to participate in the Promotion.
