Entrants
Entry to the Promotion is open to Australian residents during the Promotion Period in the Relevant States, aged 14 years + and who fulfill the entry requirements.
Entrants aged under 18 years must have parent/guardian consent to enter the Promotion.
Entrants must be able to take the major prize on the date nominated by the Promoter (see Prize Details).

Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible. “Immediate families” means spouse, partner, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manager, employee, officer or contractor.

Entry Mechanic
To enter the Promotion, consumers must purchase TWO (2) X 600ml Gatorade products from a participating BP store (Qualifying Purchase) during the Promotion Period to receive an entry card with a unique code (while stocks last), then visit the Website to complete the entry form including name, email address, contact number, postcode and unique code from the entry card. Each unique code can only be used once.
Entrants must retain photocopies of ALL purchase receipts and original entry cards for ALL entries.
There are 100 minor prizes.
Each minor prize is a Gatorade My Gear Kit.
There is one (1) major prize.
The major prize is an AFL Grand Final experience from 26/9/14 to 28/09/14 in Melbourne, Victoria.

Maximum Number of Entries
Maximum of three (3) entries per day, one (1) entry per Qualifying Purchase only.
Each entry must be supported by a separate Qualifying Purchase. If not, all entries by the entrant may be declared invalid by the Promoter at its absolute discretion.

Prize Details
Minor prizes:
Each minor prize is a Gatorade My Gear Kit comprising the following Gatorade branded items:
one (1) x backpack;
one (1) x towel;
one (1) x squeeze bottle; and
one (1) x cap;
valued at $85 RRP.
Major prize:
The major prize is an AFL Grand Final experience in Melbourne, Victoria, to be taken from 26/9/14 to 28/9/14 comprising:
return economy class flights for two (2) people from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city to Melbourne (including flight taxes);
two (2) night’s accommodation (twin share; standard room) for two (2) people at a minimum four star hotel in Melbourne including breakfast (as specified by Promoter);
return airport/hotel transfers in Melbourne; and
a double pass (premium admission) to the AFL Grand Final (27/09/14).
The major prize is valued at up to $4,948 inc GST depending on the winner’s location.
The major prize must be taken from 26/9/14 to 28/9/14. No extension will be permitted.
Where a person participating or nominated to participate in the prize is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian of the participant must be present for the duration of the prize, as one of the participants.
Prior to participating in a prize, the winner and participant may be required to sign an indemnity and waiver of liability in a form approved by the Promoter in favour of the Promoter and all involved parties. Where a participant is a minor, the indemnity and waiver must be provided by his or her parent/guardian. The required indemnity and waiver must be signed prior to participation and a failure to sign will invalidate a winning entry.
All spending money, meals, taxes, insurance, other transfers and all other ancillary costs, including any costs associated with transport etc from the winner’s place or places of residence to the match are the responsibility of the winner.
Neither the Promoter nor the AFL accepts responsibility for the cancellation or delay of the match for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter or the AFL.
By entering this Promotion entrants agree to comply, and ensure that each subsequent holder complies, with the conditions which accompany tickets won in conjunction with the Promotion. Entrants also agree to comply, and ensure that each subsequent ticket holder complies, with any conditions of entry into the venue.

The major prize winner will be notified immediately by telephone (Winner will also be notified in writing and published on the Website). The major prize winner must confirm their availability to take the prize on the specified dates by 5:00pm (AEST) on 15/9/14. .
Minor prizes:
Minor prizes must be claimed by 5:00pm (Melbourne time) on 5/12/14.

Winners published at the Website after the draw. In addition, the major prize winner will be published in The Australian on 11/8/14.
Draw for Unclaimed Prize Details
Major prize:
In the event that a major prize winner is unable to take the prize on the specified dates, or has not claimed the prize by 5:00pm (AEST) 15/9/14, or has not confirmed their availability to take the prize on the specified dates by 5:00pm (AEST) on 15/9/14, then the major prize winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a further draw at 10:30am on 16/9/14 at the same location as the original draw to distribute the prize, subject to any directions given by any relevant authority.
