Bagworld – Win an Apple iPad Air 128GB Wi-Fi
This competition is being run by Bagworld.
2. Bagworld customers who purchase any Targus item during the competition period go into the competition to win an Apple iPad Air 128GB Wi-Fi + Cellular, and a Targus iPad accessory pack containing a Targus 2 in 1 Stylus Pen (AMM02), a Targus Dual USB Wall Charger (APA72), a Targus Screen Protector (V1252), and a Targus Versavu Cover and Stand (HZ196), valued at over RRP $1,200.00. The contents of the accessory pack can be modifed at the discretion of Bagworld if necessary.
3. The competition begins at 7.00pm (AWST) Wednesday 16 April 2014. Entries into the competition close at 6.00pm (AWST) Sunday 18 May 2014. Bagworld reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
4. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.
5. The competition is not open to Bagworld employees (or members of their immediate families).
6. One entry available per Targus item purchased during the competition period.
7. One major prize draw will be conducted at 9.00am (AWST) Monday 19 April 2014, and the decision is final.
8. The winner will be notified by phone, and it is the responsibility of the entrant to provide a correct phone number.
9. The prize will be sent out by Bagworld, once contact has been made with the winner.
12. The unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on Monday 26 May 2014.
13. Bagworld is not responsible for the major prize once collected by the winner. The winner is responsible for all costs associated with, including, but not limited to the connection of, use, running, maintenance, and upgrading of the major prize. The winner has no claim against Bagworld for any warranty issues, and must deal directly with the retailer from which the major prize was sold, or the manufacturer, as specified in the warranty information. Bagworld will provide the winner with all necessary receipts and warranty details.
14. No part of the prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
15. Bagworld reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
16. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Bagworld’s decision shall be final.
